The best hotel in Kampala! I cannot recommend it enough. From the moment you arrive, you are made to feel genuinely welcome. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist with anything you need. You really feel that they care about making your stay enjoyable. The hotel has everything you could need, including a hair salon, spa, swimming pool, gym, and shops selling beautiful locally made products at a fair price, which is a great way to support local artisans. There is also live music in the evenings which creates a lovely atmosphere. And did I mention the food? It is excellent! They offer Asian, continental, and Ugandan cuisine, so there really is something for every taste. I have stayed in many hotels, and this is easily one of the best experiences I have had. I will definitely be back.

Yet it’s the people that make FairWay extraordinary. If you’re in Kampala for work or leisure, do yourself a favour—stay here. You’ll leave with more than a receipt; you’ll leave with a smile. Verdict: Absolute gem. Already planning my return.

It was a wonderful stay with the help of friendly staff !!! Room - Clean and spacious. Attached balcony makes it even better for relaxing. Facilities - Clean pool with lifeguard, Fitness centre with trainer, Pool side bar and restaurant. Food - Buffet service with mix of fruits, bakery products, live kitchen. Food here is delicious. Last but not the least , staff is very friendly and promptly at your service right from security guards to room service. They will Always greet you with a warm smile. Keep it up Team Fairway !!!

We visited Kampala on a business trip and stayed at the Fairway Boutique Hotel, and our entire group was genuinely impressed with the experience. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm and well-designed, making it an ideal place to both work and relax. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very well maintained. Everything you need is provided, and the air conditioning works perfectly, which made the stay very comfortable. It is also a quiet hotel, allowing for good rest after busy workdays. We especially appreciated the facilities, including the beautiful pool area and the two different restaurants, which offered a good variety of food options. The quality of the food was excellent, and service was consistently attentive. Overall, this hotel offers a great balance of comfort, convenience, and quality. It made our business trip very pleasant, and we would honestly consider it one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in terms of comfort and convenience.
