The service was good from the waiter we had. The food was okay - not great - and the rest of the staff was occupied preparing for the evening festivities (sound checks, setting up speakers etc) while we tried to have a peaceful lunch. Not terrible, but I don't think we'll be back

The Vibe: The ambiance here is perfect for vacation. I particularly noticed the pool view and the decor. The Menu: For my audience who uses me as a detail source, the must-try item is the their food .The pricing is premium at around 40k UGX. If you’re visiting, ask for Mr Raymond The General Manager ,he's friendly and understanding. I visited Aquarius Kigo Resort for the first time on Christmas, hoping to enjoy a nice lunch with my loved ones. Unfortunately, the service was extremely slow — we ordered our food and it took over two and a half hours to be served. This made the experience quite disappointing, especially for a first-time visit. The ladies at the reception were Not welcoming at all... The environment is nice and the place has potential, but I hope management works on improving service speed and customer care so that guests can truly enjoy their time there. Thank you.
