Our airport transfer experience was excellent from start to finish! The driver was friendly, professional, and punctual, making our arrival to the hotel smooth and stress-free. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the driver was very accommodating and helpful with our luggage.

I booked an airport transfer and was told that someone would meet me in the airport with a sign (which never happened). I had to find the driver outside after waiting for him to arrive. But the worst part was the vehicle/driving. I’m not sure if the car’s alignment was out of place or the driver was inexperienced, but he kept weaving close to the curb/barrier which made for a very scary ride. I will never use this company again.

Excellent service! Our driver was Andrew, and he was very responsive via WhatsApp prior to our arrival. We booked a private minibus round-trip from JNB, and it was very comfortable. Highly recommend!! They met me right in the airport when I walked out of customs. The airport at Johannesburg is huge and overwhelming. I felt so comfortable and way less stressed having this set up, especially as a solo female traveler going to South Africa for the first time. Will absolutely use them again!

Although we primarily used Uber while in South Africa I wanted peace of mind getting from the airport to our accommodations. Well worth it to have someone there, ready to help with bags and bypassing the unknown.

Driver met at the arrivals hall. Though car was older than expected and AC wasn’t as powerful as expected on a hot day. We did have to wait upon getting into the car park exit for the driver to go back inside and pay. Due to missing out on his free exit window. Better planning would have been nice along with stronger air conditioning.

Finally got connected with driver, but very confusing. Expected to be met at arrival gate. Instead had to find a "pillar" in the garage and driver showed up. No sign to indicated with Viator. Once connected driver as good, but an expensive way to get to hotel that would have been easier with just a cab.

The driver Pick up was on time. The car was clean. The driver drove safely. The driver communicated with me from the initial booking to the pickup. I highly recommend this service.

Nkululeko was our driver and he was awesome! Very safe driver, talkative, and taught us about the area. He also saved us a good two hour wait at the airport by giving a great suggestion of what time to arrive. Before the trip, I communicated with Glora through aviator. We booked this transfer service weeks in advance. They confirmed my flight and arrival time as well as the number of luggage before our arrival in Johannesburg. They responded promptly to questions and requests. Clear instructions were provided on where to meet the driver. The drivers also communicated directly with me. Thatho and Junior showed up on time. They were pleasant and drove safely. Our vehicle was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Prices were transparent. There were no surprises. We will definitely use them again with future trips to Johannesburg.

I used Santon Taxi Cab service for my transportation to and from Airport and had driver Nkululeko. Nkululeko was on time and very professional. He gave us an amazing experience. Out flight came in super late and even although we jad bag issues at the airport he made us feel very welcomed to Africa. I would be sure to recommend him to anyone traveling there and will definitely use they service every time.

I am glad we used this reliable and punctual service that included pick up at the airport and return for our departure flight. I was contacted the day before by our driver and was able to give him updates about our flight. The price was comparable to taking a taxi at the airport but after the stress of an overnight flight, it is good to have transportation arranged. The driver greeted us with our surnames. I paid online through a secure website, so did not have to hassle with the currency. We also used their service within the city to visit the Apartheid museum. I highly recommend this group.

Our flight was two hours late but after we finally got though customs and to the arrival hall, we only had to wait a few minutes before our driver found us. He had tracked the flight and sent me a message that he knew it would be late and for me not to stress - he would be there. I would definitely use this service again and highly recommend it.

After Air France tried to sabotage our visit, Mr Sapps and his team, absolutely saved the day. Their service was efficient, immediate and all around excellent. No one at airport on arrival despite having received confirmation email. Took over 2 hours to sort it out with the help of airport staff and a car rental man who helped make contact with company. Had to go buy a SIM card so I could then have contact and also to let friends know what was happening. The driver sent ended up being a regular taxi driver who once he convinced us he was legitimately sent was very nice but being solo arriving I was nervous and unhappy with result. I received a text saying I would be offered a free return trip to airport they have since not replied to my enquiries.

Was left waiting at the airport for over 2hrs total. With the help of airport staff and a nice car rental man we managed to get hold of office and with some further calls a driver arrived who wasn’t from the company but a regular taxi driver with no Id. Eventually with further calls we were able to get on our way. The taxi driver was lovely and I have received a message offering me a free return trip to the airport so will see if that happens.
