I was a solo female traveler, going to South Africa for my first time. I was arriving late at night and I was very worried about being there alone. The communication was wonderful, the driver was friendly and on time, and the ride was safe and sound. I absolutely would recommend this to anyone! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Such a smooth experience - we were picked up right at the gate, escorted to the car and had a smooth transfer. Our driver was wonderful! My only request is that I was upset to hear that our driver waited for a long time - almost two hours for us, which made him late for another ride. I informed the tour company (not the driver directly) that we would have to go through customs, get our bags, and right before the flight that it was delayed so we would be even later. It seems perhaps that was not communicated to our driver so he was waiting for a while, which I felt bad about. However, once we arrived, everything was great!!

The driver Tatenda communicated with me the day before my arrival, he gave me clear instructions where to meet him. The day of my arrival he was there with a big sign and he waited for me more than an hour (since the luggage took forever) He was kind and very and the experience was perfect

We had such a fantastic experience with this company, Michelle was great she communicated with us through out the process of the pick up until our driver dropped us off , very reliable definitely using them again

The driver was friendly and polite. However, for the price that we paid l expected that at least the driver would have had a fully charged phone with sufficient airtime to use his GPS, that his car would be sufficiently fuelled for the entire journey, that he would have had money for the tollgates and that he would have been better prepared to render his services. Unfortunately on this occasion the service fell well below my expectations. I had to use my international roaming to use the gps to guide him which incurred costs. I also felt that he drove far too slow on the highway, well below the minimum at times. As an international visitor to SA I would expect the driver to know where he is going and not rely on me to provide directions or the tools to render the service. Not a great way to start a visit to a new country.

William was an excellent driver. Arrived promptly, assisted with the luggage loading and off loading. Safe and confident driver, good conversationalist as well kept us entertained ,Will definitely use this service again. Their office was also very communicative and that put us at ease.

Michelle very efficiently arranged our transportation from the airport to our hotel Provided updates and confirmation Our flight was delayed so it took a little bit longer for our driver to arrive Car was small so it was a bit of a squeeze with luggage and 2 passengers Driver was very nice

The service was great, driver was very professional and he communicated effectively ,he was already waiting for me before I arrived at the airport. The trip to the hotel was lovely he was an excellent driver and the Operations Manager Michelle was also in contact with me through out and that made me feel safe as it is my first time in the country.
