Reviews
This place does not even deserve a 1-star rating.
The property is completely misrepresented — nothing like the photos. False advertising! It felt unsafe (gate not working), and the staff were rude and unhelpful.
We refused to stay due to safety concerns, but they still refused a refund. Instead of addressing the issues, they accused us of being racist, which is completely false and unacceptable. This accusation is completely baseless and an attempt to deflect from their own shortcomings.
Avoid this place at all costs.
Mr. King is a very sweet and friendly host and very accommodating. We were provided with a very personalized and professional service during our stay. The guest is very luxurious and has everything we needed during our business stay. The guest house has a 5 star service and can accommodate almost 15 guests per night. We definately enjoyed our stay and will surely return again in the near future. We also enjoyed the service of a Beauty Shop onsite with all the luxury of a Spa Massage and professional nails
I book at RPG 31 Oct until 1 Nov when I arrived there We didn't even been welcome Person take us to place I told him place not same us picture and is back of hair salon He told me photos on booking is just for decoration I ask him where will we eat breakfast he said in the room no table yo sit to eat breakfast I told him I am not happy about the place and want to cancel He get very rude and lock the other room what is part of the booking he said we are just 2people no need for the room Said if I am not happy we must leave Get very rude call us a racist and we must leave his property He is been paid and We didn't stay there and have to drive home without accomodation Take money like that is robbery
Lovely place to stay in the heart of the hustle bustle. Kind people was met by King very compassionate and Fikile was my Girl she was always eager to assist what a kind soul. But best of all they are pet friendly! Me and my doggy stayed wonderfully enjoyed the nature her own little court yard. Will be visiting again! Thank you to everyone at The Royal Princess Garden guest house
I booked the room. I paid the room. The poor lady staying there was very nice, the owners was rude and abrasive. I was given a bed in the lounge. They then told me the empty house was fully booked unless I pay an extra R600. When trying to contact the booking people, there was only silence. Don't go there. Don't stay there. It's terrible.
