Holiday Inn Johannesburg - Rosebank By Ihg

The rooms are spacious and very modern. The location is spectacular, interconnected to the zone rosebank. It is very lively till late. The service was amazing all the staff were very helpful and friendly.

I would like to specifically commend the professionalism of Ms. Refilde. The manner in which she handled guests' requests was exceptional. She went above and beyond to make sure that my stay in the hotel was comfortable, and my overall stay in SA was memorable. She is a great asset.

This hotel is in the perfect location. It's connected to Rosebank Mall, which has plenty of shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and places to eat, enjoy, and explore. The HoHo bus stop is directly in front of the hotel. From the time we arrived, we felt welcomed. Simon helped us get our bags out of the car, checked us in, and took our bags to the room. Simon's absolutely amazing! The breakfast is delicious and begins promptly at 6:30. Although the rooms are small, older, and have minimum storage space, they are very clean. The bathroom was clean, and the tub shower had great water pressure. The lights did go off several times while we were there for 5 days. However, they never stayed off for longer than a minute. The wifi wasnt great, as it kept dropping, and we had to keep signing back in. Because of its location, delicious breakfast, and cleanliness, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Absolutely loved my stay here. The location is awesome, being attached to the mall is super convenient. The staff were lovely, and the room was comfortable with everything you'd need. Will definitely be staying here again!
