I had a ground floor unit and I loved that I could open my door to the outdoors. Staff were friendly and helpful and it's located right across from Rosebank Mall.

If you are in Joburg for business or leisure. You must consider this hotel. Firstly, Rosebank is really a good location. The hotel is just opposite to a mall and happening street. Lots of food options. Hotel food and breakfast amazing. The service crew excellent. In breakfast I didn’t take anything from hot food - they directly reduce my charge to 50%. The rooms are clean, you will get a balcony , a bath tub and daily room cleaning, water refilling, good laundry. The gym and swimming pool are decent. Minimum equipment but you can do your routine. Easy uber, bolt and uber eats accessibility.The city tour bus if you want to take is having its main counter at rosebank mall just opposite to hotel. I can rate 10/10 for this hotel with the price.

Just brilliant from start to finish for a business trip for me and a colleague. Communication with the hotel before arrival was quick and clear. The team were ready for our early arrival so check in was seemless. Rooms were excellent in all respects as was the daily room clean. Restaurant / bar were small but again food drink selection and service were top notch. The only think I could fault if I were to be overly picky was the pool was very cold, but that's a minor issue. Close to the mall, Guatrain, bars and restaurants and most importantly our office. Definitely recommended and will be staying there again
