Thanks to Michelle and Anthony, and all their staff, for a wonderful stay – everything about it was fantastic. 58 On Hume is an amazing boutique guest house, with the ideal combination of homely charm and understated luxury. The rooms are thoughtfully decorated and equipped and the food is delicious. There is a lovely garden, pool area and outdoor patio, as well as a vast indoor living area for cooler days, making it suitable for longer stays. I can’t recommend this place enough.
Excellent small boutique place. A high degree of attention to details. Very nice breakfast, good beds. Michele is always attentive in every one of my stays. My go to place in Johannesburg
Home away from home, Michelle has considered every possible need to ensure a luxurious stay. Breakfasts are delicious and service is superb. The patio and garden is a treat
As an Executive Assistant, I regularly book rooms for my colleagues and executives at 58 on Hume. Michelle and her staff deserve 5 stars for their service delivery and positive attitudes. The Guest House also has a back up tank and generator which comes in handy! I've also heard that their restaurant menu is diverse and the food is well prepared. Overall, a great experience.
