54 on Bath is one of Johannesburg’s true gems. Perfectly positioned in the heart of Rosebank, it’s within easy walking distance of Rosebank Mall, fantastic restaurants, galleries and entertainment, yet the hotel itself feels like a peaceful oasis in the middle of the city. The property is absolutely beautiful, with an elegant five-star feel throughout. The outdoor restaurant and pool area is stunning, there’s nothing quite like watching the sunset there after a busy day. Level Four Restaurant is another highlight and well worth visiting in its own right. My room was pure class, stylish, exceptionally comfortable and equipped with everything I needed. The luxurious bathroom made for the perfect long bubble bath, and I had one of the best night’s sleeps I’ve had in ages. Waking up to a delicious breakfast the next morning was the perfect finish to a wonderful stay. I genuinely can’t wait to come back and spend more time here. Highly recommended.

Brought my husband to 54 On Bath Street,Rosebank Level Four Restaurant - 54 On Bath for his birthday, to experience the chef’s table menu (tasting menu). wow, what an incredible experience. Chef’s table is in the kitchen, watching the chefs shine behind the scenes. They are not only incredible at their jobs, but the kitchen ambiance is remarkable. They are calm, respectful and methodic. I was properly impressed. And our server/host, Ellen, was phenomenal. She was attentive and knowledgeable about the wines that she selected to be paired with each dish. She made us feel ever so looked after and comfortable. I’m poaching Levy, the pastry chef. If you’re looking for your next tasting kitchen experience, this is it!

I stayed on 54 and bath for six days. The hospitality was beyond my expectations. The layout and cleanliness of the rooms was excellent. Breakfast was very nice, although they could have added a few more varieties.

This was the BEST Hotel we have stayed at and probably the best in SA! The attention to detail is impeccable. The service incomparable. The rooms are exquisite offering to your every need and treat 😊 Loved the shopping spree with direct access into Rosebank Mall. Relax at the pool & terrace or Gin bar. The food exceptional with Sous Chef Lungile, his specialized signature of blue cavier made it memorable and never to forget experience! Well Done to Nathan McMiles (GM) & his team for an unforgettable weekend. Highly Recommend for all occasions, we most certainly will be back!
