La Villa Chiquitana

Stayed 2 nights here last week - July 22 - 24. Can't wait to come back. From the moment we arrived we were treated like guests. Ernesto at the bar / restaurant was perfect example of a waiter. Great recommendations, better service. We wanted to go and explore 'Chochis' but we didn't have our own transportation as we arrived on a bus. The front desk was able to arrange transportation to Chochis (about an hour away) and back. We were able to hike up the lookout at Golden Hour and it was worth it. The food was delicious, the drinks were refreshing, loved having the option of eating inside (climate controlled) or outside. The room was lovely - stayed in the 'Paris' room. with some really cool little design features and a little balcony. The shower was AMAZING! AMAZE AMAZE AMAZE (shout out to Rocky) Can't wait to go back and spend a couple more days at this wonderful hotel.

Nature and culture all around this magnificent and cozy hotel.

We stayed here about a week ago for four nights (if memory serves right), and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The place is absolutely beautiful- spacious, clean rooms and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax. And if you're lucky, you can even spot toucans from the garden, such a magical touch! What really stood out was the warmth and friendliness of the staff. Everyone was welcoming and helpful, and the owner went above and beyond by personally helping us organize a tour to explore the region. Thanks to him, we got to visit Santuario de Chochis, Santiago de Chiquitos, and Aguas Calientes, all breathtaking spots. We also had a fantastic driver (we feel bad for forgetting his name oops!) who spent the whole day with us. He was not only kind and professional but also shared a lot about the local culture, which made the experience even more enriching. To top it all off, the barman makes an absolutely amazing Caipiriña, seriously, don’t miss it! We can’t recommend this place enough. If you're heading to the area, this is the spot to stay!

It's a great location that is near enough to the center of town yo walk to. Hotel is clean and neat and the rooms are ok. Pool could use a regular cleaning as we saw lots of dead insects. The most amazing thing was the treatment. Every person is willing to help and the service is exceptional. The people at the bar/dining room were friendly and courteous. Very, very attentive.
