The Driver arrived to the hotel a couple of minutes early to pick us up. I would recommend this service and book them again. Great service

Driver was early and made sure we arrived on time and to the right gate. The car was clean and well maintained.

The driver arrived on time and were very friendly and helpful even when we had several big suitcases that had to be drug across the street and loaded.

<p>The driver taxi driver picked me up at 330 am for my 6am flight. We made good time to the airport at that hour. It was nice to have the trip pre-paid but I gave the driver a tip.</p>

We purchased our transfer from Jerusalem to Ben Gurion Airport at Tel Aviv for a 5AM flight. Our driver was prompt, cordial, and drove very safe to the airport. Our pick up time was 1AM so I was afraid that he will overslept, but no, as we arrived to the hotel lobby, a few seconds later, his car pulled into the driveway and we were driven safely to the airport for a very reasonable price.

We asked to be picked up at 3 AM, but when we got to the lobby at a quarter till, our driver was already there! Which was really nice. He was helpful and quiet almost all the way, which we appreciated, considering that the ride was in the wee hours of the morning. The driver was friendly and had excellent driving skills; our ride to the airport was smooth.

We booked this transfer online the evening before our departure. We received confirmation of the booking within the hour which was reassuring as our hotel receptionist was very unhelpful when we were trying to book the Nesher transfer to the airport. Our driver arrived a few minutes early to the door of our hotel, loaded our luggage and generally provided us with a very stress free and professional service. We paid approximately £45 but we were told a taxi would have cost £70-75 so we were very happy with this. The taxi was booked through viator.com.

<p>The driver was 45 minutes late picking us up from departure point. Numerous calls were made to the company, and they stated the driver was stuck in traffic. There are no excuses when reserving a driver. The vendor did not call us once to explain the tardiness, we had to call them. I would think twice before booking this service.</p>

<p>Ok but the driver was 20 minutes late for the pick up and although he phoned the hotel reception to advise he would be late nobody tried to find us in the lobby to advise us.</p>

The driver had a pleasant personality. He was in no way "pushy" like a lot of drivers we have found around Jerusalem. Could you please pass on our warm thanks?</p>

<p>I especially recommend this transfer, as the ride from Jerusalem to Ben Gurion is a fair distance.<br/> You also get a polite, English speaking driver, that knows Israel. That is reassuring!</p>

<p>This trip was okay after a long telephone call trying to explain that we wanted to leave our hotel on 4/23 @ 8:30 PM - - not 7:30AM on the 24th. My fault as I was not aware that our plane left at 12:40 AM on the 24th.</p>

<p>Once we found our driver it was smooth sailing from there. Our driver was very accommodating and gave his card in case in we needed him for anything else. We used our driver to take us to a couple place in one day which was very nice - like having your own driver. Recommend</p>
