I stayed in this guest house for 9 days. The rooms were clean and spacious. Each room had at least two twin beds some may have 3-4 beds ( for use by youth groups) with a half wall separation. Hotel provided clean towels daily and rooms were tidied up. Breakfast is large, offering a variety of hot and cold foods. Typical Israeli breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel also features a large patio overlooking Mt. Hertzel. Hotel is conveniently located close to the light rail station and close to local convenience stores.

Rooms were very nice one flaw was out tv was broken before we arrived but other than that they were very nice the view was amazing and so was the surrounding area the food wasn’t very nice but overall a very nice place
1st door knob was broken and second are tv screen was smashed and they didn’t care. The food they served in the dining hall was not good and everyone complained. If you really want a hotel with good food DONT GO HERE.
I was there for a wedding. It was unbelievable. The chupa was magnificent on the rooftop, a wonderful view to look at. The hall itself is spacious and plenty of space for tables and a reasonable sized dance floor.
Came here on birthright stayed here for 3 nights. Rooms were small the shower you had to be patient to get hot water. Beware you will not get new towels on Shabbat unless you ask the front desk since there is no room service then. Which was no problem. The food was ok. It was in a good location to see Jerusalem though not the nicest of hotels but it it served its purpose !!!
