Very disappointed with the Ramada Jerusalem. The hotel is noisy, crowded and chaotic, with hardly any pleasant spaces to sit and relax. The dining room is a mess, the rooms lack convenient power outlets, and the bathroom is uncomfortable. Overall, the atmosphere is loud and unpleasant — not a place where you feel invited to relax and enjoy your stay.

Very disappointing stay. We have been coming to this hotel as a family every year since 2020, and it has never been this bad before. The housekeeping was far below the standard I would expect from a Ramada hotel. The rooms were barely vacuumed, and tea, coffee, and other amenities were often not replenished. Another major disappointment was that the hotel no longer offers separate swimming hours for men and women. For religious families, this makes it impossible to use any of the pools. I also had a very uncomfortable experience at the indoor pool. The lifeguard repeatedly tried to start a personal conversation with me and even invited me to go out for a drink, despite the fact that I am married and six months pregnant. I found this behavior completely inappropriate and unprofessional. The worst experience happened on our last morning. One of my children developed a high fever and was unable to come down for breakfast. I politely asked if I could take a small amount of breakfast food to my sick child in our room. Instead of showing any understanding or compassion, the restaurant manager raised his voice at me and said that taking food out of the dining room was strictly forbidden, regardless of the circumstances. I understand that hotels have policies, but there should also be basic human compassion, especially when it comes to a sick child. Overall, the service was very disappointing, and unfortunately I cannot recommend this hotel anymore.
I went there for a group dinner so I cannot comment on the rooms. The location was easily accessible and as close to the light rail the facility was very clean. The staff were pleasant and the food was delicious
Location The hotel is well located, slightly outside the centre but still convenient enough to get around. Rooms The room was spacious and offered a nice view of the pool and part of the city. However, the furniture is quite dated, and some pieces are in clear need of repair. Elements such as the walls and doors would also benefit from some maintenance. Facilities The overall structure of the hotel is impressive, with plenty of space and the capacity to accommodate very large groups. Facilities include indoor and outdoor pools, a rooftop area, bar, shops, and even a bunker, which gives the place a certain character. Service Staff were generally good, but the teams at breakfast and dinner could improve in both attentiveness and speed. A bit more warmth would also go a long way. Atmosphere and Condition It feels like the hotel was once excellent, but today it is showing its age. While the foundations are strong, it would benefit from refurbishment and more consistent upkeep. General Impression Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but the hotel clearly needs some improvements to match its potential and earn stronger reviews.
We arrived shortly following the recent war. Staff went out of their way to make us welcome and appreciated - both at the front desk and the housekeeping staff. As of 13th April, there were no restaurants and no room service available in the hotel. Breakfast is still included and Shabbat was fairly full. This hotel deserves your business!
