An absolutely outstanding experience! Leonardo Hotel Jerusalem exceeded all my expectations. The hotel is beautiful, exceptionally clean, peaceful, and very comfortable. The location is perfect—close to the Old City, the city center, restaurants, and many of Jerusalem’s main attractions, making it easy to explore everything on foot. The biggest highlight of my stay was the incredible staff. Every member of the team was genuinely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made me feel at home from the moment I arrived until I checked out. Non-renovated hotel but totally worth the value. Convenient location on the light rail and close to old city. Perfectly safe. Great breakfast. Many of the staff went out of their way to help make my stay more pleasant!
