Very clean and comfortable the room is so clean and organized love it and honestly i will rebooked again
The rooms were exceptionally clean, well-organized, and very tidy. Everything was maintained to a high standard. The manager was professional, organized, and very responsible, making the whole experience smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel!
At first glance the hotel looks nice, and the location is excellent. Only apparent issue is with virtually no parking around, and a small hotel parking that was full long before our check in time. Then we got our rooms and again, looks clean and nice, although on the small side, but we immediately noticed there were no towels, but the phone wasn't working so we couldn't call maintenance or the reception. Then there was no one at the reception, with no way to ring someone to come out, so we had no towels till we returned a few hours later... A few things were falling apart in the room and in the bathroom, including the door head beam that nearly fell on our heads. There's no shower curtain, so if you're not careful enough, expect to have to look for more towels to soak all water that now fills the bathroom floor... This was December, but it was a hot day, and the room got pretty hot too, so we wanted to change the A/C from heating to cooling, but it turns out the mode is set centrally, so we had to open the balcony door to let a breeze in. That came with lots of street noise, so ask for a rear side room up front. Of course, when opening the door we found that the door lock was broken, so the room was basically burglar friendly. The hotel service (when available) is very nice and kind, but at the same time ineffective. We asked for 2 cups of coffee at breakfast... 5 times till we finally got them when we were already done. The breakfast itself is good, but if you already experienced Israeli breakfasts, this one won't be your best. The variety isn't as big as in other hotels, and nor is the taste. The cook can't cook eggs properly. We asked for omelets that came dry/burnt and tasteless, so we couldn't eat them. I gave 3 stars to the service and the rooms for the kindness of the people, and for the cleanliness of the rooms. The potential is there. It's a shame it doesn't realize to what it could be. All-n-all most issues should not ruin your stay. Especially if you made sure you got the rear side room and not the street side one. It's just a hassle having to deal with everything. My biggest bother was finding a parking space. I wasted lots of time till i finally found one. Check if you can save a parking space at the hotel parking lot upfront. It should be 50 NIS for the stay, and it'll be worth it! Also, we got the rooms for a great deal, so for what we paid - 87 USD pp - it's actually super! Just make sure you don't pay the full fare here, and you'll be good.
We stayed at the hotel over Christmas. Intimate hotel, centrally located and within walking distance of some of the city's great places. Good breakfast, amazing staff (shout out to the kind kitchen manager). We've already booked another vacation for the summer. The only drawback that comes to mind is that some of the rooms face the parking lot and it is very noisy in the morning.
