Great value. This is not a five star hotel, nor does it have any such claims. Perfect location for travelers en route, clean bare-bone rooms for a good price. Would definitely stay again, for a quick overnight stay.

The hotel has aged a bit, but it’s perfect when you need the train. The service was incredibly top notch. Everyone went above and beyond to make us happy. We felt very much welcome.

Amazing hotel!! The service was truly incredible. They were so attentive to our needs and had such a warm welcome for us- truly one of a kind. The location was also amazing- very convenient because the hotel is located across from the train station in Jerusalem. This allowed for the Brest access to transportation- easily traveling all through Israel with the train. Was also less than 20 minutes by train to the airport.

This is a true gem! Best location! Easy access to the main bus and train stations allowed our family to travel easily and quickly around the city and to different cities in Israel, including just 18 minutes away by train to the airport. But above all, the service we received at this hotel was outstanding!! The staff were super polite, professional, and took care of every request we had. The hotel and rooms were super clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and everything felt authentic and chic. We had the most amazing experience, felt right at home, and wish we could have stayed longer. We will for sure plan to come back.

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay incredibly comfortable and welcoming. First and foremost, it has a perfect location. It’s situated right in the heart of everything we wanted to see, making it effortless to walk to nearby attractions, exceptional restaurants, and local shopping. Despite being so central, the hotel somehow manages to remain a peaceful and quiet oasis the second you step inside the lobby.
