Great location, 5 mins walk to the old city, same to hangout locations lile bars and coffee shops. Breakfast ans dinner are very good, highly veried food options to fit almost anyone. Bed was somewhat uncomfortable to us but I guess we are used to much higher quality...
Perfect lication. Right in the center of town. Close walk to tbe Old Ciry of Jerusalem and also to the famous Mahane Yehuda Market. Pubs and restaurants all in walking distance
Looking for the ultimate hotel in the perfect center location? Absolutely the best of everything: best food, best service, super comfortable room and gorgeous views ! I travel and stay at many hotels and this Herbert Samuel is pure delight! Maya made sure our experience was the vision we imagined, Three cheers to Tamir at reception: the entire experience of reservations and check in so smooth and pleasant, nofar in security, and the best food and beverage manager who can run a school for all others: the amazing Mani: pays attention to each detail and anticipated the needs of my group before I articulated them : for any special event he will create a calm delicious and meaningful time!
This hotel is an excellent location for visitors to Jerusalem. It is a nice clean hotel.. The staff is considerate. There is a small pool, gym and spa that we enjoy. Other facilities include a bar in the lobby. The hotel is in walking distance from major entertainment spots and tourist attractions, like Zion Square, the Old City, Jaffa Road, and several new museums. Yoel Moshe Solomon Street is a quaint area right out the door, with the Music Center and multiple very nice upscale restaurants.
The Herbert Samuel Hotel in Jerusalem is in an unbeatable location, right in the heart of the city. It’s within walking distance of many of Jerusalem’s most famous sites, fantastic restaurants, and lively markets, making it an ideal base for exploring. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with elegant common areas and a welcoming atmosphere. The management is attentive and clearly takes pride in ensuring guests have a comfortable stay—any request we had was handled promptly and with care. That said, while the hotel remains a lovely place to stay, some of the rooms and furnishings are beginning to show their age. It’s nothing that takes away from the overall experience, but a refresh in certain areas would go a long way in maintaining the high standard the hotel is known for. Overall, if you’re looking for a well-run hotel in a prime location with great service, the Herbert Samuel is a solid choice. A little updating would make it truly exceptional.
