We visited the hotel during the summer holiday and had a great time! The place is of a very high standard, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was excellent despite the holiday rush.
However, a few details didn't quite meet our expectations:
- Spa area: The saunas are located inside the changing rooms, which felt outdated.
- Water temperature: The heated pool and Jacuzzi weren't warm enough (perhaps due to a temporary issue).
Overall, despite the high crowd volume, the overall experience was very enjoyable. We would love to visit again, though probably not during the busy summer holidays!
Highly not recommended.. pls read to make sure you are not finding yourself going time after to time to the lobby due to a key room which stopped working.. hotel explained these are “magnetic” room keys.. lol, like every other hotel these days! Catch up!
It was a terrible experience staying at the hotel accounting that in less then 18 hours, I went to the lobby more then 5 times after not being able to get to my room!
When I complained, they told me someone will reach out to me.. you can understand yourself that no one has or will contact me!

We stayed two nights at the Mt. Scopus suite, on half-board basis. Everything was perfect, wonderful culinary selection in both breakfast and dinner, great outdoor and indoor pools and decent-sized jacuzzi. Lobby on the 4th floor is spacious, We are also grateful to Mr. Ibrahim Abdeen, Director of customer experience, for making sure that our experience was nothing less than outstanding!

This is a nice hotel, but it is showing many signs of wear. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It is within daytime, walking distance of Jerusalem but I would not recommend this at night.
