Extremely disappointing experience. We were told our reservation had been canceled because we arrived the following morning, yet we were denied the room, breakfast, and any assistance. We were instructed to pay the spa directly, despite having booked a package that already included it. After we left, the hotel charged our credit card for the full package, resulting in us paying for the spa twice and for a breakfast we never received. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue, we have still not received a refund. After seeing the condition of the hotel, we were actually relieved we hadn’t spent the night there. The only positive part of our visit was the spa therapists, who were excellent. It’s a shame they work under such poor hotel brand.

הנה תרגום טבעי שמתאים לביקורת באתרי הזמנות כמו Booking או Google Reviews: We booked a room for one night as a couple. We arrived before check-in and left our luggage at the hotel's storage room. Before the official check-in time, we received a text message letting us know that our room was ready. The room was fairly spacious and equipped with everything we needed. The overall build quality of the hotel is not particularly high, but the design is pleasant and the hotel is clean. On the rooftop, there is a nice swimming pool with comfortable seating around it. There is also a rooftop bar, although it was not open during our stay. The bed was very comfortable, and there were plenty of power outlets conveniently located around the bed. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. It is within a short walking distance of Mamilla Mall, as well as several restaurants, bars, and shops. Overall, we had a very good experience, especially considering the price.
I paid for a upgraded room it was super clean , but very small room. Yes there was 2 balconies , one was a French balcony which is super small and the one was a decent size. The view was amazing 👏. So we had a great time. But to pay for a upgraded room 500₪ more was not worth it in my opinion. But over all great hotel clean nice staff.
The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient. Unfortunately, the room we were given was unusually small and poorly designed. The only window was a small, bunker-style window, and the windowsill was covered with pigeon droppings, which gave a very unpleasant first impression. The bathroom layout was also impractical. The shower door could barely open—on one side it hit the toilet, and on the other side you had to squeeze against the wall just to get out.
I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights & loved it. The Manager & staff are all welcoming & were attentive to everything I needed. The room is lovely & spacious with an ensuite bathroom. The breakfast is amazing & delicious, freshly prepared daily by a delightful Chef. The homemade tomato jam served with the breakfast is outstanding. The rooftop pool area is a relaxing oasis with a fantastic view. The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of all the tourist attractions including the Old City, The Kotel & Mahane Yehuda Market. It's also a short walk to the light rail station, which is a few stops to Central Station. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a centrally located hotel with excellent service and amazing hospitality from the friendly Manager & Staff. Thank you.
