Brown Machne Yehuda location is spot on, next to the bustling (yet highly touristic) Machne Yehuda Market, within a walking distant from many restaurants and bars and directly on The light train, providing easy access to other attractions. Service was efficient. Rooms? while the size was adequate (Nice reception person upgraded me), the decor is urban, which translates itself to dark, pitch dark room with a narrow small window. When reserving, it is worth while opting for a room with a balcony or any type of window That's standard size.

Very convenient, close to trams and the market. Food everywhere.Weird that they had the showers see-through glass, I’m not really sure why. It was loud, there was a construction going on. Other than this, amazing place to stay in.
Excellent service!, the staff is extraordinary but that the only good thing about this hotel. The hotel is surrounded with construction sites all around, the noise is unbearable from 07:00am to 05:00pm and you even feel the vibes of the drilling machines. The dust is so heavy that if you have a room with balcony you just can't use it. We took a room with Jacuzzi for extra cost and we couldn't use it at all. The facility is poorly maintained!, our shower flooded with water on the first use since the water couldn't drain, the pipes were full of dirt and stuck. The worst arrived at 04:30 am when the A/C unit in the room just died. A technician came over (At 04:30am) and tried to fix it. After several attempts he just announced that the entire floor AC is dead and if we want he can try to look for alternative room for us (Did I say already that it was 04:30am???). In the morning, a "rain" started dropping on the hotel from the water cooling a drilling machine in a high tower construction site. It was not fun and hard to call it a vacation. I would expect Brown Hotels network to act as professional, as expected from such a net, and let potential guests to know the pros and (mostly) cons they might face on a visit in this hotel. A strong recommendation NOT to reserve rooms in this hotel until the constructions activities will end and hopefully the hotel will be maintained properly.
The hotel is centrally located with quick access to the train station (Light Rail, Line 1). The front desk staff is skilled, attentive, and handles the check-in and check-out process efficiently and professionally. However, there is a large construction site right next to the hotel. Starting at 7:00 AM, there is unbearable noise from heavy machinery that permeates the entire room and the hotel. Breakfast is served at the hotel, but the menu is poor and lacks culinary effort (very basic, small portions). I recommend checking out the cafes in the surrounding area for this price point. I booked a room with a balcony, but due to the noise and dust from the construction site, it was completely useless. On the positive side, the hotel is beautifully designed. The lobby offers complimentary "welcome drinks," including soft drinks, alcohol, fruit, and cookies. The room includes a bottle of water, a coffee/tea station (kettle), a safe, excellent air conditioning, a comfortable bed, and clean, great-smelling bedding. There are several attractions within a short distance: the Western Wall is about 15 minutes away (via Egged bus line 1), and the amazing Mahane Yehuda Market is right next door (a 2-minute walk) with a variety of restaurants and cafes. There is also an ATM to the right of the hotel.
The hotel is located close to Machane Yehuda market. Rooms are clean and nice. Dark aisle and inside rooms black Breakfast was under the expectations. No open buffet. Eggs were served cold.
