Pablo was on reception. He researched a local bar serving traditional sherry and food. Pablo arranged a taxi and allowed me to try and speak Spanish whilst filling in English as required rather than immediately reverting to English. Pablo was friendly, kind and professional. Pablo helped make our stay great ❤️

I stayed at this hotel in Jerez while traveling for the 2026 Working Equitation World Championships. This hotel is within walking distance to the Real Escuela Andaluza del Arte Ecuestre. It is also within walking distance to Alcázar. The hotel is beautiful, clean, with friendly staff who speak English well. The restaurant is AMAZING! I highly recommend this hotel.
A stately villa in a walled garden, this was the perfect place to stay in hot, sunny Jerez, removed from the bustling downtown yet within a few minutes of the bodegas and the old town. The high-ceilinged rooms with shutters against the sun's glare and a delightful garden with a pool, gave it a relaxed sophisticated vibe. The staff were attentive and efficient and the restaurant served excellent lunches & dinners, using local produce and wines. The locals use it to celebrate special events. If you want some variety, there's an excellent Mexican Cantina a short walk away around the block.
Villa Jerez was our favorite hotel of our Andalusia trip. Even though we only stayed one night, we wished we had stayed longer. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming. The grounds are lovely, and the pool feels like a small oasis in the garden. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was simple and good, and it was easy to order eggs. What stood out most was the atmosphere. When we arrived, local families were celebrating a First Communion, which made the hotel feel warm and connected to the community. We were traveling with our children and especially appreciated how welcomed our family felt. The staff were kind to our kids and even complimented their behavior, which was a thoughtful touch that meant a lot to us. We also enjoyed dinner at the hotel restaurant. Jordi was especially welcoming and charming. Many hotels are beautiful, but Villa Jerez has soul.
Beautiful classy vibes across the halls, rooms restaurant and garden. Enjoy every bit details from reception to kitchen staffs. They are gentle, respectful and welcoming. I especially enjoyed their full service setting of bath and personal attention of complimentary breakfasts. Minuets walking to attend loyal school of horse equestrian Andalusia dance and Féria de horse. 10mins drives to old town, wine cellars and cathedral. Parkings are also complementary.
