Our guide, Harrison, was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We were open about our mobility issues and Harrison took this on board when deciding on our itinerary. He avoided places with stairs (impossible for us) and at no time rushed us or became impatient. He was open to changing his plans if we needed to rest for a bit and made it a most enjoyable day.

Mr Kang met us at the cruise terminal and asked what we wanted to see during our day. We asked for the Eastside tour of the island as sent to us previously by John. Mr Kang took us to see all the recommended places and more besides. He took charge of my phone camera and took the best photos! He took us back to the ship in plenty of time. We had the best day and saw so much more than our shipmates. Thank you Mr Kang

Harrison made our day in Jeju absolutely unforgettable. From start to finish, everything was seamless, relaxed, and incredibly well thought out. He took us to Sunset Peak, the stunning coastal cliffs, and the botanical gardens—where the lava cave was a real highlight. Each stop felt perfectly timed, and he clearly knew how to balance the must-see sights with keeping the day enjoyable and not rushed. What really stood out was Harrison himself. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure we had the best experience possible. Nothing felt like a standard tour—he tailored the day to suit us, which made a huge difference. We had booked Jeju Island private tour with John. In advance he was great in communicating and arranging the day for us given his extensive knowledge of the island, helping us to decide what to see and do. He was promptly waiting for us at the cruise terminal when unfortunately 45mn before docking the ship had to cancel Jeju due to weather. John insisted on a 100% refund which other tour guides would not have done given such short notice. I’m sure he would have given us a great tour! I would highly recommend John and hope to take his tour when we return!

John gave us a wonderful 8 hour tour of all the southern sites. He picked us up and dropped us off right on time at the Jeju cruise terminal. He was very knowledgeable on all the sights, recommended a wonderful traditional home style Korean restaurant for lunch, and added a visit to Haenyeo women divers. His english is very good. He was very flexible on how much time we could spend at each location. And he also gave us recommendations for where to eat in Seoul and Incheon for our next stop.

Mr Kim arrived in a minivan equipped with karaoke and water and a great smile. We had such a great time as Mr Kim took us to the Cedar Forest, volcano crater, Mincheon Lava Cave, and Traditional Folk village. Mr I look m made us feel very welcome and we only wished we had more time before heading back to the ship. It was easy to book and communications were great. Thank you Mr Kim. We will always remember our experience with you.

John was great. Picked us up on time from our delayed cruise and dropped us off in time....no stress. He made an agenda for us that suited our wishes perfectly. We wanted an authentic Black Pork BBQ and it was delicious! He knows the island well and his English was perfect! Highly recommend John and his company.

We had a good guide. His touring was great he picked us up exactly on time and made allowances for our “slow motion” walking. We are seniors and he accommodated us in the heat etc. His English was good not great but we used google translate and. Managed well Beauty island. Great museum of women divers

We arrived in Port with no plans. I found this tour from google. Taxi John responded quickly. We had our Amazing driver, tour guide Edgar pick us up within 30 mins. We did the Southside tour! We had the best day ever! We cannot thank Edgar and John enough for making our Jeju Island so memorable. We will be back soon! We had a wonderful tour of East Jeju Island with James Park as our driver. He picked us up on time from the cruise terminal and took us to four different locations before returning us promptly to the terminal. John picked myself and my wife up at the port. He was there waiting for us and our journey began. He was very personable and knowledgeable of JuJu Island History and we took off exploring the East Side. We had several stops and was able to spend the time without any rush. We asked John to take us to a nice restaurant for Korean Barbecue Black pork and it was delicious. We then continued our journey and was dropped off at the ship on time. I would highly recommend this tour. It met all our expectations and more.

This tour was perfect for our short visit to Jeju. Ken knew exactly how to manage the time and route. We visited Manjanggul, hiked Seongsan, and had a relaxing walk at Sehwa Beach. He even stopped by a drama filming location for some quick photos. We made it back to the port comfortably and with wonderful memories. Ideal for cruise passengers!

This tour was very well organized for cruise passengers. Ken was professional and flexible, adjusting the itinerary based on our interests and time. The lava tube at Manjanggul was fascinating, and the views from Seongsan were worth the climb. We also appreciated the relaxing stops at Sehwa and Gimnyeong beaches. A smooth and well-paced tour that covered a lot without feeling rushed.

We had a short stop in Jeju on our cruise, and this private tour was the perfect way to make the most of our time. One of the best taxi rides I’ve had during my trip!! The driver was so friendly and welcoming — it honestly felt more like a private tour than just a ride. It was such a comfortable and enjoyable experience since it was a private tour with just my group. The best part was being able to adjust the itinerary however we wanted and go anywhere we liked. Our driver/tour guide was James—he was professional, funny, and courteous throughout the entire trip! He took photos of our journey and even compiled them into a movie at the end, which was such a thoughtful touch. James was incredibly knowledgeable about all the spots we wanted to visit and went above and beyond to give us the most wonderful Jeju experience possible. When my cousin fell and sprained his ankle during the trip, James immediately stepped in, wrapped his ankle, and even provided a cane to help him walk—something we didn’t expect but deeply appreciated. His kindness and attentiveness made all the difference. Would highly recommend!

John knew exactly where we like to visit and the whole trip went by so fast! We only had limited time available, but he magically stretched the tour by explaining us behind stores at each stop we made. John made stops at local café and restaurants. The café was very cute and the restaurant wasn't fancy but was excellent local food at an incredibly reasonable price. Jones is very professional. I recommend him highly.
