Had a wonderful day visiting different places in Jeju. Our guide, Cindy, was very professional. She told us a lot about Jeju history and traditions, kept us well informed about what the next stop would be, how long it would take to get there and what time we had to be back at the bus. Very happy with the tour.

Our guide Michael was a great guide, who took us to all the places, gave us time to explore and shared his knowledge and histories for us.

Cindy and our driver were really great! We did the full day tour and for adults it was quite nice. We were given lots of time but never felt like we were just waiting around to depart to the next stop. We were with 2 kids (ages 8 and 13) and they struggled a bit to keep focused and stay interested. If you have young children, perhaps the half day tour would be better. Cindy was very knowledgeable about all the locations and also gave us interesting information in between. I would recommend this tour if you are interested in learning about Jeju history and seeing some awesome landmarks. If you are traveling during the rainy season, you definitely need to bring an umbrella, rain coat or poncho and also wear tennis shoes or shoes with good traction or soles. There is a fair amount of walking and step climbing. It was also very humid and at times hot (even though it was mostly cloudy).

Our guide, Cindy, worked hard to keep our group together and provided some good information about the island. The sites we visited were interesting and gave us a good introduction to them.

This tour is worth it and we recommend it. Bus was comfortable and clean and arrived on time, Hays was our tourguide. She is lovely, patient, gave us a lot of information, came with us, and made sure everything ran smoothly. The places we visited were beautiful, but be aware that this tour involves a lot (and I mean A LOT) of walking, steep hills and stairs. The pacing was OK. It was a good experience.

We had a very good experience with Jessie. She was helpful and had good knowledge about the island. Although we had a rainy day, she made out tour very enjoyable with her energy.

Jessie was an excellent tour guide. She gave lots of tips and tricks before each guide stop, and explained Jeju’s history which I really appreciated. The tour’s stops were excellent. We really enjoyed the Osulloc Tea Museum and the costal walking trail.

Amazing experience! The weather was nice ! We learned about the volcanic island of jeju and went on a lot of beautiful sites ! We also did a fairly decent hike ( not too hard ) . My guide hays was amazing .

It was a semi-private tour, I thought we’ll be picked up by a bus, but it was actually a van with just 8 people on the tour group. Our guide, Mr. Han, was very nice. Really good in english too, and informative. He made sure everyone’s okay and having fun. The tour itself is a little short tho. Would have loved to stay longer at the Osulloc museum. But overall it’s a really nice tour! Would definitely recommend.

Great tour and locations. Very cold in late November, ensure bringing very warm clothes and enough jackets. Too much snacks and food offer. Ensure being well rested to be able to reach all locations.

Han’s tour was amazing. Very efficient use of time and we got to see everything we were expecting. At each stop Han gave multiple options depending on accessibility and what we feel like- ie. climbing the mountain or following a peaceful pathway. Great English tour guide (Jina) for the wonderful and enriching experience today. Other than quite some walking needed, this 1-day tour is worth going especially with Jina being the guide for you! Bus is also clean and comfortable - everything is clockwork and thanks to the friendly bus driver too!

We had some issues grabbing a taxi in the morning to reach the pickup point and was expected to arrive 2 minutes after 8am. We were very anxious that the bus was gonna leave without us but to our greatest relief when we pulled up at 8:02am and the tour guide was by the bus waiting for us. Han was a very sweet tour guide for our first day on Jeju island. We had some nice conversations with him as we had our breakfast on Mt. Halla and we loved his little jokes he’d whip out every now and then. The sights we visited were beautiful — it was just a shame the leaves at Mt. Halla had already fallen.

We really enjoyed this guided tour; the guide was very kind and gave us lots of helpful advice. We saw some beautiful things and it was a very pleasant experience.
