The Island Marina Resort

No aircondition during winter. We arrive in early Apr, as this it hot to as at about 26 degrees and we have to open windows. The bath room has a notice that you have to wait for 1hr if using hot water for 30mins. The room can view the mountain and there is CU at the bottom of hotel.

Everything was great! Nice hospitality, good customer service, clean sheets, clean room, clean toilet, smells good and good location 👌🏻 Could see Seongsan Ilchulbong from my room. Right opposite the main entrance is the Goseong every 5 days market. It is open every 4th, 9th, 14th, 19th, 24th and 29th so if your timing is right, you can visit when it is open. There is a coin washer and dryer at the basement. There is an unmanned CU mart too which is pretty cool! The hotel is only a 3 minutes drive to reach Gwangchigi beach for the perfect sunset view of Seongsan Ilchulbong and 6 minutes drive to reach Seongsan Ilchulbong for a short hike and watch the Haenyeo women sea divers. Would recommend

The service in this hotel is not bad, it just doesn't exist. The staff doesn't care about you, they are not polite. They gave only one room card for three people. The room is old, there is mold in the bathroom, the toilet doors do not close. Dirty glass and mirrors, there was no beautiful view because of this. It was an unpleasant experience that I would not want to repeat for any amount of money - it is better to pay a little more and really relax and enjoy the island. And the owners of this place do not care about the guests.

The ocean views are fabulous and also kindful reception service. The room is tidy and pretty big. reasonable price, enough parking spots. strongly recommend. Unfortunately, they don't provide breakfasts and swimming pool services at the moment but staff will show the local restaurants list which are famous shops nearby.
