Rooms? Highly recommended. Service? Highly recommended, I prefer no room service and that's good. Location? Highly recommended although I had a rental Hyundai Avante with me throughout my stay, the car park is free and I can get to anywhere around the Island within and hour's drive. F&B, fast food, markets and convenience stores are all within walking distance.
Do not trust the photos advertised in the listing!! The hotel and rooms are badly maintained and we were totally shocked by the contrast between what was advertised and what the room was actually like. Bed sheets were stained and ripped, toilet drains were clogged and the couches were badly stained as well. Final straw was when we found a spider on the bed when we were about to sleep. Even after telling the front desk and them offering a room change, come to find out all the rooms are equally as bad. Immediately changed hotel the next day even though we had already paid for next last 2 nights. Just book somewhere else!
Do NOT trust the photos. The photos do not match the actual hotel. This hotel is dark, dirty, dingy, and not maintained well. The entire experience felt like I was staying at an abandoned mall. Our bathroom was absolutely disgusting. You can find a better hotel than this for a similar cost. The staff said they would provide a full refund, but they never did. After we left, we had called multiple times and they would decline they agreed to a refund and eventually stopped picking up or said they didn't understand English.
Stayed 4D3N... Room Spacious, You get a partial Seaview. However, the room condition was not there. Room was rather dirty, Bedsheets have stains. Asked for room make up service for 1 of the days but it didn't happened. Service wise wasn't that great too. We have to ask for things for a few times. I booked 2 rooms and when I was checking in, they told me I got 3 and took a long time to settle it. Location was rather good and they have a 7-11 at level 1. Hopefully everything can be improved for the better.
Bldg is old and needs renovation. We got a suite and it's very spacious. Cleaning is not thorough as we saw an eyeliner under the couch. It has a kitchen sink, fridge (with freezer) and a washing machine in the room. Microwave is available on the front desk. There's a 711 right beside it. Breakfast is OK. Rice, soup, korean ban chan, yogurt, milk and cereal, bread and coffee. Instant coffee and tea provided, but we had to ask for cups because it was not provided. The value is ok based on the price we paid for.
