Very bad hotel. Poor staff poor hospitality. Room cleaning is a big issue. Staff is rude

Stayed here for 4 nights! Room is not cleaned here everyday. Stay is very rude, and lazy! They don’t have to work at all. They will not change cups or towels and even trashed is not cleared everyday. Very bad hospitality. Spoiled my entire room experience.

Very bad hotel ! Very poor hospitality from staff employed. You have to request them to clean your room. They will say yes still hotel room is not cleaned. They will not clear trash or refill toilet papers. Most importantly no one will take your calls at reception if you need something in your room. I had to walk all the way to reception for everything. They treat their guests like a liability with cold behaviour.

The location is off, far from both south and north, the service of receptionist is too bad, zero hospitality and no room cleaning even after telling them, spoiled the experience only good thing about the hotel was the room cleaning guy who would clean the room if directly asked him too, otherwise overall room service is bad didnt even care to provide toilet paper
