I love how it's near so many places we want to visit nearby and is the main point of meet-up for the tours around the island. The views are good. I love the smell of their toiletries especially the seaweed body wash and conditioner. I wish we could have had time to ask where we can buy the exact products they used. The sink handsoaps and lotion are also really nice on the skin. The place is also quiet and love how good our sleep was after a day of touring. Would definitely recommend going back here for next visit.
Good location with great view, room is comfortable and clean. Service need to improve! Housekeeping is hard to get, tried calling multiple times and no answer. Reception/front desk guy on duty was arrogant, rude and insisted hotel don’t call taxi for guests to airport when we left on 1st June, 7am local time.
I booked this hotel because my tour pick up at this hotel. It’s a little pricey but had a good view of the sea and sunset.
The staff struggle to understand English but still trying their best to help.
The room is spacious and clean. They have heated floor and also smart toilet.
Overall I would say the price for it is worth, just a little far from airport which you have to book cab or learn to take bus here but with some walking distance.
all is perfect except for the bathroom cleaner lady at the lobby (around 40-50 age estimated). so dissapointed at her. rude and impatient.she must wait for the guest to come out at the bathroom and not forcing them to come out. i have a diarrhea that day cant help but to take my time at the bathroom since we dont have a room yet. she kept on coming back at the bathroom and forcing me to get out so that she can clean. and when i go out she say something that i don’t understand. but even if that’s good ar bad you don’t have a right to make that all to your guests. i hope someone will teach her some good manners :>>.
Despite a rocky start with a missing reservation, the hotel fulfilled all of the expectations. The room was, clean, comfortable and spacious and the location right on the coast line with easy access to the city and proximity to the nightmarket and the shopping district. The staff speak English sufficiently for comfortable communication and they are friendly and courteous. The breakfast has a wide selection, including the western standards in a restaurant with a view onto the sea. Overall, I recommend this place as a good hotel for your stay in Jeju.
