I’d love to share my great experience at Bolton Hotel. All the hotel staff provided thoughtful and professional service throughout our stay. The hotel environment is clean and comfortable, and the outdoor swimming pool is absolutely stunning. Every request was handled promptly. We really enjoyed our time here and will definitely come back when we visit Jeju again.
I am leaving this one-star review because of how Jeju Bolton Hotel handled my request after severe weather disrupted my flight.
I contacted the hotel politely several times to ask whether my reservation could be changed. I was even willing to pay an additional charge. Over the phone, I was told that neither a change nor a refund was possible. In response to my emails, the hotel asked me to provide documentation of the flight delay and said it would “review it and get back to me,” but offered no specific option or assurance that my situation could be resolved.
I understand that a non-refundable booking has conditions. Still, I did not stay at the hotel or use the room, and I was charged the full amount without being offered a workable alternative. From a guest’s perspective, being asked to pay the entire price while receiving no actual stay or meaningful help was deeply disappointing. The communication felt cold and left me with no confidence that my circumstances were being considered.
Staff not helpful or friendly. Booked a suite for 4 adults with breakfast, but insisted could only give us 2 breakfast coupons.
The suite’s toilet is mal-functioned and would splash water when flushed.
Would not recommend to anyone.
The hotel was clean and offered beautiful views. The rates were very reasonable, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. Its location in downtown Jeju made it easy to get around, so I was very satisfied with my stay.

The service staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, which made the experience even better. Would recommend for a simple and comfortable stay in Jeju.
