Grabel Hotel Jeju

The rooms are good and the ocean view is gorgeous. However, it was the coldest greeting we had since we arrived in Korea a week ago. The rooms are also having some issues: the water is leaking from the shower and the paper on the door (wood like) is not sticking. We were also hearing very well what was happening in the bathroom in the room next to us. In terms of amenities, the rooftop did not really looked like what was advertised as chairs looked more dirty as well as the rooftop in general. I also find it surprising for such an hotel to have customers pay to have a dedicated pool towel and not be able to bring the ones in the bedroom. However location is great, 15mn drive from the airport, lots of restaurants and convenience stores around and it is easy to get a taxi. It is also a more quieter area - which we enjoyed.

Very comfortable room, and good location if you have a car. Not too far from airport and City. Breakfast buffet is great (added cost). Pool on roof is very nice but they charge for towels. They have a "Beach Basket" you can rent for a very small amount which has water, towels, snacks and the basket itself. Really helpful for our beach day!

Very friendly and efficient staff. We were well taken care off. The infinity roof top pool was amazing

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The large parking area was well-marked, made everything very convenient. We had 2 convienience stores right next to the hotel. Our room was very clean. The pool service was excellent. The breathtaking sea view from the rooftop pool, especially during sunset, was absolutely unforgettable. Although we experienced a small misunderstanding with room service due to a language barrier, the staff handled the situation very professionally and kindly offered the drinks free of charge. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture and the excellent customer service. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would gladly stay here again!
