Camphortree Hotel & Resort

Horrible experience. There was a wasp nest at the entrance greeting us and also a huge spider inside the accomodation. There was a new bug each time we came back to the hotel too. The room itself smelt like mould and was super dirty and dusty. Stains everywhere, hair from previous visitors in the bathroom and on new towels. No new bedsheets after house keeping. Overall, depressing experience, the resort is super run down. Surprise this resort is 4.5 star on google, which is a total lie...

My 2nd Stay at this hotel. Room is clean and room amenties are good enough. Staffs are so kind and skillful for guest service and assistance. Personally preper vegetable salad for breakfast and please enjoy by yourself instead of hearing my comments!!! Hotel locates 1km away from main road means excellent environment for healing the exausted body and mental. Very calm overally and resort style environment is the best experience of mine. Strongly recommand for staying !!!

The hotel is nice and the staff are helpful but if you are going there in winter, please avoid room 8208, unless you enjoy cold room. We checked in at 8.30pm and the room was at 12 degree celcious, waited for an hour and the temperature went up to 15 degree, despite us maxing the speed and temperature to 26 degree. Unable to fix the problem, the staff brought us a portable heater and the temperature went up to 20 degree 5 hours later. When we woke up in the morning at 6am, it remained at 20 degree.

We had lunch at the view restaurant today! They have the best fried chicken and fries in Jeju! The chicken is so juicy and fries are so crispy and crunchy! And their seafood soup is so delicious! Super fresh and tasty! We love the food in here!
