Terrible. There’s no couch, no big towels, a bit dirty and dusty. We had to request towels. They brought us 4 for 7 people. The bathroom sink doesn’t drain well. We came into the bathroom and there were body hairs on the toilet and poop splash back on the back of the toilet seat. I asked them to clean the toilet and literally the hair was still there after they “cleaned”. There’s a bed in the living room. There’s no couch or anything. Bare bones amenities. The pool look nice and the view is nice but the price is not worth those. One of the rooms has no closet. There are no lamps or bed lighting. The place looks nice from the outside but inside is rough. I would rather stay at an Airbnb for half the price or a different hotel.

booked by agoda. requested bed guide for children, and received confirmation but they are not prepared and even do not have them. room is not really clean and old. even price is not cheap comparing othet hotel. will not visit again. never.

It was clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was included. The breakfast was good ... typical Korean food. Lots of selection of Korean food. The price was reasonable However I found it plain weird. It looks like someone stole all the furniture and replaced it with a few pieces from Alice on Wonderland. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. There were only enough cups etc for 2 people. There was a hot stove but there was a sign not to use it. The couch and 1chair in the loving room were uncomfortable. We asked if we could get an extra chair but were told there weren't any extras. There was one small common closet for everyone to use. It only had a few mismatched hangers that came from various retail stores. Neither bedroom had a closet or dresser so we had to keep our clothes in our suitcases. They didn't clean our room the first night and when we called to complain and ask for clean towels they gave us a hard time. They did eventually bring us clean towels. There were no chairs on the balconies so we couldn't sit outside. The bathrooms are roomy with lots of amenities. The grounds are clean and plain. The hallways are very dark at night. You definitely need a car if you stay here. Ok for an overnight stay but I wouldn't recommend for an extended stay.
