Unfortunately, our stay here was a huge disappointment and definitely not worth the money.
The facilities are quite dated and basic, which did not match the pictures shown online at all. To make matters worse, the front desk staff in the evening were noticeably unfriendly. When we asked for help with our luggage, the staff member slammed the luggage cart door forcefully, left our bags at the elevator door, and walked away without helping us bring them into the room. On top of that, the elevator was broken on our second day, causing even more inconvenience.
If you are traveling to Jeju, there are many better options available. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
Amazing stay with daily house cleaning service. Breakfast was delicious and the spa was amazing. Tried the brightening facial treatment and it was the best facial of my life - very professional and meticulous. I thoroughly enjoyed it
I booked a studio king excited to be able to relax at Bayhill “Pool & Spa”, only to realize upon check in that my room offers no access to any pool or hot tub. The room is reasonably spacious and nice, but for $175USD there are much nicer hotels/resorts on Jeju for a less cost with amenities available. I requested to cancel my reservation once I found out these details and of course, was unable. I would not recommend this resort unless you’re spending significantly more ($100+ USD) for a suite with in room pool or hot tub.
On a positive note, the design of the building itself is very modern and aesthetic, and the Narnia restaurant was delicious.

The surroundings are picturesque, creating a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere that’s ideal for a getaway with family, friends, or a special someone. The staff are warm, attentive, and make the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, Bayhill Pool & Villa is a perfect combination of comfort, style, and fun truly a place you’ll want to come back to again and again!
This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The views are breathtaking, and the room was super comfortable. The town itself is charming and quiet, which was perfect for us. The waterfront is easy to get to and walk along, and there are some really cute places to eat. The only downside was the spa. It’s run separately from the hotel, but the hours are unpredictable and we couldn’t book despite several tries in different ways. We tried to visit twice in person during their opening hours, but the door was locked and no one was there. And when we tried to call, communication was not possible in English (not their fault, I wish I could speak Korean!). So, I tried booking a massage through email-hoping that AI translation could facilitate. The email correspondence clearly stated the time and day of the massage, but when I showed up, no one was there. Even a confirmed booking in writing is not possible! . The hotel, though, was really sorry about it, so I don’t blame them. It did make our stay a bit less enjoyable, though.
