I was specifically looking for a hotel with reliable internet access due to some work requirements. Had great experience from booking through their ASR loyalty app, check-in greeted with welcome drink, and basically an VIP experience. Great service people and great room too. And of course, the wifi doesn't disappoint, with the 100Mbps speed. Most important, my work was done with no hiccup.

We had a very pleasant experience during our meeting event at this hotel. The meeting room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with complete presentation facilities such as a projector, sound system, and stable internet connection. The lunch provided was excellent, with a variety of delicious menu options and good presentation. The staff were professional, responsive, and very helpful throughout the event.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Vertu Harmoni Jakarta. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. I appreciated the coffee machine and the Twinings tea provided. The layout was convenient, with a separate WC and shower. The lighting in the room was bright, and the bed sheets were clean and fresh. The soap and shampoo were nicely presented and looked high-quality. The towels were thick and fluffy, adding an extra touch of comfort. I was also impressed to see that the hotel employs people with disabilities — a wonderful and inclusive practice that deserves recognition.
