I had a wonderful stay at Veranda Hotel Pakubuwono. The hotel has a beautiful and comfortable atmosphere, the room was clean and well-maintained, and the overall service was excellent.
I would especially like to thank Stacy, who was very friendly, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. She provided excellent assistance and made me feel very welcomed and well taken care of.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has a very relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices. At night, pleasure of meeting Caca She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made the experience even more enjoyable with his excellent service.
Overall, I would highly recommend Veranda Hotel Pakubuwono to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay. I will definitely come back!
One of the best 4 star hotel i’ve ever stayed in, rooms are really nice and clean. Services are great, the staff here are really nice. Had a drink at the bar and met Galang, super nice service and is very communicative.. he whips up this drink off the menu that my wife and i really liked, cheers to Galang! Might stay here again on my next visit to Indonesia!
Honestly they have the best breakfast food from most hotels I’ve stayed. The room is comfy and the water shower pressure is really nice. They also have a free shuttle bus to some parts of Jaksel but during weekdays and certain times only. Our server named Baihaqi was nice and attentive!
It’s been such an amazing experience to stay in This Hotel. The room was comfortable, the food was absolutely delicious. Not forget to mention how helpful the staff was. Mas Saddam that was helped me during Check in process was so kind and provided all the information we required. For sure looking forward for the next stay, thank you Saddam and the team.
