The Ritz-carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place

It's true what they say: once you stay in a Ritz-Carlton, you'd never want to stay anywhere else. The whole team has been attentive even before we arrived and this attentiveness went up many notches when we were there. We were very well looked after the whole time. Big kudos to the team at the reception/lounge: Dian, Cova, Vinny, Tamara, Ana, Felix, Chef Ape (some we didn't catch their names); to the housekeeping team (again, we're sorry for not catching their names). The room we were allocated was very spacious, with the bathtub overlooking the cityscape. Food and drink selection at the lounge was not massive, but sufficient without being greedy. There is swimming pool and gym available; again they are not massive in size due to the hotel location being in a tall building in a metropolis but sufficient for our needs. Overall, would highly recommend this hotel for their exceptional personalised service.

We had a very pleasant stay at Ritz Carlton Pacific Place. The room was spacious and very clean. The club lounge and kitchen staffs were very professional, kind and attentive to make our experience at the hotel even better. The variety of dishes that they served at the lounge are astounding. They are very generous to share some recipes and even packed some of the sambal and gifts for our kids. Thank you to Ms Ana, Ms Rachel, Mr Felix, Chef Ape, Chef Pepi and everyone. Definitely a staycation to remember.

Our stay at Thi Ritz Carlton was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed by the incredibly warm, professional, and attentive staff. Every member of the team went above and beoyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The food was exceptional, with a fantastic variety and outstanding quality at every meal. The drinks were equally impressive, perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so special.

This is our third times staying at this hotel. Always like the spacious and comfort room. Awesome city view with tub by the big window where you can enjoy the best city view while taking a hot bath. During the stay, my husband likes to go sauna at the spa and has some hot ginger drink. The hotel team is really great, provides exceptional, personalized hospitality that makes us feel like an honored guests. We got room upgrade and special custom dish “sate maranggi” which is very delicious, made by tenderloin beef. In the afternoon, we can relax sitting by the lounge window and enjoy red wine and cocktail while having dinner. Even though we only stay for 1 night, we really enjoy the stay at the hotel by doing nothing, just relax. One of the way of healing after awhile.
