The Ritz-carlton Jakarta, Mega Kuningan

I just want to say, this may be my favorite hotel I've ever stayed at, IN THE WORLD! The staff is AMAZING! All of them. They go above and beyond for their guests, the facilities are THE BEST, and the entire hotel is BEAUTIFUL and decorated perfectly. They have set the bar so high and I will absolutely be back here for all of my stays. 100/10. ✨⭐️❤️❤️ I also want to name a few names for those that made my stay but I would have to write down the names of literally ALL OF THE STAFF! Security team, concierges, hosts, servers, housekeeping, spa, chefs, and the list goes on and on. ❤️ Please continue to be amazing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is without a doubt one of the best hotels to choose when visiting Jakarta, whether you’re traveling with family or for business. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by so many staff members. Everyone was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and made us feel at home right away. Before our stay, I informed the hotel that it would be my dad’s birthday. They went above and beyond by decorating the mirror in his room with a beautiful birthday message and surprising him with a delicious chocolate cake. But the real surprise came the following morning during breakfast. The staff gathered together, brought out a birthday cake, and sang “Happy Birthday” to him. It was such a heartfelt moment that my dad almost teared up—it was something we’ll never forget. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with an incredible variety of dishes from around the world. As someone from the Middle East, I was pleasantly surprised to find hummus, tabbouleh, and green olives. Not only were they available, but they were also authentic and delicious. I would also like to recognize several wonderful team members who made our stay even more memorable. Agus and Elly, in the breakfast area, were exceptionally kind and attentive. They made us feel comfortable, welcomed, and genuinely cared for every morning. Yohana, together with his colleagues in the Club Lounge, provided outstanding service throughout our stay. The Club Lounge itself was fantastic, offering a wide selection of food and beverages throughout the day in a relaxing atmosphere. It quickly became one of our favorite parts of the hotel. Finally, I would like to thank Melani and Nazwa for their kindness and professionalism. Their warm hospitality left such a positive impression on us that they are one of the main reasons we will continue choosing this hotel every time we visit Jakarta. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We can’t wait to return.

I stayed in one of the rooms with the large soaking tub, which cost around IDR 10 million per night. The tub itself was spacious and enjoyable, but the room was much smaller than I expected for the price. Unfortunately, the hotel felt quite dated, and the room didn't feel as clean or luxurious as you would expect from a Ritz-Carlton at this price point. Overall, I don't think the room offered good value for the money. On the positive side, almost every staff member I encountered was genuinely friendly, professional, and helpful, which made the stay more pleasant. The only exception was the older bellman at the main entrance, who came across as rather unfriendly and unwelcoming. I hope the hotel considers renovating the rooms, as the excellent service deserves facilities that match the Ritz-Carlton brand.

We stayed at the Ritz Carlton Kuningan in February as a family weekend getaway trip. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. They have 2 double King size bed perfect for family. Thank you Front staff for kind consideration on providing my request. My Older kids enjoy the facility like the gym and pool, while my husband and I get to enjoy the famous couple massage, it is indeed relaxing and was felt very quick for 90mnts massage. Our youngest daughter (2 yo) was happy she could enjoy her breakfast by the pool. As the restaurant staff was very helpful to give us a to go bag for my kids to enjoy at pool. One hiccup of service I experienced at the concierge after checking out. Somehow the service was very slow and with a tired toddler by my hand, no help was given when we try to find the luggage cart. It was not an acceptable closure for a memorable stay. But i will leave it for management improvement. Thanks for the overall experience.
