We had a wonderful and memorable stay at The Langham Jakarta to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The entire experience was truly satisfying, and the hotel provided the perfect setting for such a special occasion. They were incredibly helpful in arranging our room and accommodating all our needs throughout our stay. Their attention to detail, responsiveness, and genuine care made our anniversary celebration even more special. We had a truly fantastic and unforgettable stay at The Langham, Jakarta. Absolutely everything was taken care of to perfection. The rooms were flawless, the swimming pools were amazing, and the food, including the incredible breakfast, was of exceptionally high quality. A huge compliment goes out to all the staff. Everyone is immensely friendly, cheerful, always smiling, and happy to have a quick chat. They make you feel genuinely welcome from the very first moment. We stayed in a room with Club Lounge access, which we thoroughly enjoyed. In particular, we would like to extend a warm thank you to the entire Langham team and specifically the Club Lounge team. A special mention goes to Mega, Rehan, and Alexander for taking such wonderful care of us! My girlfriend has an allergy to meat and eggs, and they handled this with absolute perfection. Everything about Langham is absolutely exceptional. While upon first glance, it’s not the type of hotel I would pick to stay in, but after staying in for the first time, I completely changed my mind First, the rooms are beautiful finish to perfection. Every material used looks and feels high-quality, which is rare to find in 2020s. The blinds being automatic, marble everywhere, and the finishing of gold looks very luxe. Second, the service is top-notch. Everyone has a smile on their face friendly. They all seem to love their job, which makes us feel amazing as well. We feel like every employee of The Langham was handpicked — even visually. Most of the employees speak fluent English. Third, we enjoy all the little touches in the hotel, the pink roses, the cookies, welcome snacks, and all the backstories of each of the items. All felt well curated Recommend: Morimoto’s fresh omakase. Chuan Spa was delightful. Although, I would say their western savory food might not be the absolute best, we did have some delicious meals during our stay. We upgrade to Club Lounge at it was the best thing ever. Overall, would love to be back again hopefully sooner rather than later.

Her genuine hospitality and thoughtful guidance made our visit even more memorable. The stunning interiors and elegant design of the Langham exceeded our expectations and stood out among many places we have visited in Jakarta.
