The atmosphere and service are very warm and nice! I visited in the evening for the Gym and Pool access ^^ The gym itself is a bit small, and incomplete. While I was there, the AC for the gym was broken but the staff was working on fixing it. The pool was superb! So clean and not too deep, especially for me who cannot swim 😅 Thank you Kak Novia for the warm reception and showing me around! ☺️ Would love to come back another time with family and friends 😁

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel/service apartment. The room was huge, clean and tidy. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. I loved the modern bathroom, which featured sleek fixtures. On my 1st night, I thought I wouldn't be able to sleep because the next day was my daughter's wedding day. But because this hotel combines luxury with the comforts of home, I felt so relax and could have a restful sleep. Plus they have a full cooking and dining area which well-stocked with tools. Everything was spotless, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again!
This hotel is potentially one of the best I've ever stayed in, rooms are huge, spotless and so well appointed! Welcome cakes and snacks on arrival, orange juice, coffee machine and pods, fresh fruit all in our rooms. Automatic Japanese style toilet which cleans and dries you, water machine so no need for plastic bottles, a combination washing/dryer machine and a balcony. Food inside is excellent but also outside lots of local cafes, a spectacularly beautiful mosque and easy walk to the Antique Market, shopping malls... Staff go above and beyond, they are truly excellent. This hotel is beautiful, luxurious and has everything. All is perfectly maintained and functioning. Five stars are simply not enough...
My sisters, my brothers and I (6 of us) who are living in different provinces and countries were having get together and we decided to stay at The Grand Mansion Menteng. We'd like to stay in the same room and the hotel can accommodate this which no other hotel in Jakarta can. We have 3 rooms with ensuites and also have a common living room with dining facilities and the hotel provides us butler services. The food was excellent even though we have to wait for somewhat longer than usual. The beds were excellent, the rooms are clean and the facilities were excellent. The staff are friendly, accomodating and helpful. Alvin, one of the staff was excellent in facilitating a late check out for us. I will give 5 out of 5 for our experience in staying at this hotel. We would love to come back again.
