The Bellezza Suites Jakarta

It takes almost 45 minutes to check into the room from the check in time The room is basically an apartment turned into a hotel so the layout is still apartment like I don't know if the tv has youtube but i can't find it so it's kind of a let down The basement parking is so huge that it takes a while for me to get to the elevator going up to the lobby Even then the elevator is a service elevator, not a guest elevator, very uncomfortable when i shared space with trolleys Access to the pool and gym must be reached from the ground floor which is an inconvenient The room is clean though I'll revise the review after breakfast One more thing I asked for a second key but they ran out which is a little bit disappointing But then, a staff came and said they left a master key in my key slot Guess what they replace it with... At least i don't have to use my key for the electricity Edit: i originally gave 3, now i gave 1 Used the swimming pool, can't get out cause the staff with the access card was NOWHERE to be found Stranded for a good 5 minutes

I booked a Business Suites Apartment, but was initially given a two-bedroom unit instead. The apartment was old and very worn, especially the bathroom. We also found baby cockroaches in the bathroom sink, which was very disappointing. After we reported the issue, the staff moved us to a cleaner apartment on the second night, although housekeeping could still be improved. The air conditioner was also dripping water, leaving a pool of water in the living room. It clearly needed servicing and should have been checked before guests arrived. The breakfast is decent for the price, but the tablecloths had visible stains and didn’t look clean. Overall, the hotel has friendly and helpful staff, but the property is in need of renovation, better maintenance, and much higher cleaning standards.

Ask for non smoking room, we're given an extremely smelly and smoke stained room. Had a headache due to the smell. The room was OK, the good thing is that the hot water for shower is really hot.

I had a wonderful stay at The Bellezza Hotel & Suites. The atmosphere was very calm and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The staff SYARIFA🌷 were friendly, attentive and always ready to help, which made my experience even more enjoyable. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby facilities and dining options. Overall, it’s a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and quiet stay in Jakarta. I would definitely come back again!
