Tavia Heritage Hotel – My Second Home in Jakarta! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tavia Heritage Hotel has truly become my second home whenever I’m in Jakarta! From the moment I arrived, I’ve been impressed by the warmth, hospitality, and professionalism of the entire team. Every staff member, from housekeeping and reservations to the restaurant and parking team, has been incredibly humble, kind, and helpful. Safety is another aspect I truly appreciate. The hotel feels secure and well-monitored, and the views of Central Jakarta are amazing, regardless of which room you choose. What started as a short stay turned into almost two weeks! I felt so comfortable with the ambience, connectivity, and overall experience that I decided to extend my stay. The team even upgraded my room to better accommodate my work and meeting requirements, which I genuinely appreciated. A special mention to Namora! She has been exceptional from day one, handling my bookings smoothly, offering great suggestions on places to visit, helping me understand what to expect in Jakarta, and always being there whenever I needed assistance. Her kindness, dedication, and willingness to help made my stay even more memorable. She truly deserves a huge appreciation for the way she takes care of guests. Overall, Tavia Heritage Hotel offers much more than just a place to stay; it makes you feel at home. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jakarta, whether for business or leisure. A very busy hotel. Their meeting rooms always pack with activities. That is also the reason I was in this hotel. Attending seminar and workshop. Their food are decent. I dont know about their room. But it’s an old and well maintained hotel. Strategically located.

Stayed for 1 night. The room is furnished simply, but the king-size bed is really comfortable, and the room is really clean. The breakfast spread is good. However the best and most memorable are the friendly staffs who are always warm and ready to assist and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Special shout out to Citra, Rizaldi, Lina, Aishah and many others, at the front desk and the restaurant. Thank you. Will definitely stay here again.

A perfect spot to rest and chill. Multiple times stay here 🥰 The rooms at Hotel Tavia Heritage exude a comfortable feel with a classic, elegant feel. They are very clean, with neat furnishings and a serene atmosphere. Comfortable beds suit for a good night's rest after a long day. Room amenities are quite complete and functional, including air conditioning, a television, a work desk, and stable Wi-Fi. The bathrooms are clean, with hot water flowing freely, and a full range of toiletries is available. ​The staff are very kind and friendly. A huge thank you to Miss Citra for being so helpful and make my staycation experience feels great!
