We had such a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was beautifully arranged, with thoughtful decor tailored to our name and the occasion, which made us feel truly special and welcomed. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. We were also delighted with the upgrade. What impressed us most was the thoughtful attention to detail and how anticipatory the service was. Since we were staying with our 3-month-old baby, a baby crib had already been prepared in the room before our arrival, which was such a thoughtful and heartwarming touch. Special shoutout to Tamara, and the Guest Experience Team for arranging all this. The welcome amenities were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Every detail showed genuine care and hospitality. Overall, we had a lovely experience and truly appreciated the warmth, thoughtfulness, and exceptional service throughout our stay. We would happily return!

Great service. The room is very spacious and nice (liked the modern design). They kindly helped me join two beds together upon my request. Thanks to Alif for kindly agreeing to give the remaining cat food I had with me to the stray cats nearby, as I was rushing to the airport and was unable to give it to them myself.

This hotel is impressive in so many ways. The design of the lobby first caught my attention. Those lightbulbs all over the ceiling of the lobby is indeed eye-catching. The interior of the room is very comfortably premium. They provide TV that is bigger-than-average compared to other hotels and it looks intentional in terms of design. The restaurants are all very impressive, at least for 3 out of 7 that we tried. We tried La Floriane for dinner, their signature pasta and pizza are delicious. We got free chocolate and dessert in 717 Cremery in the afternoon and it's a 1 full-hour of chocolate pleasure. We tried Ginger Flower for buffet breakfast and this is probably one of the best. They have dedicated station for eggs, noodle, wok, pasta, and dessert. Their activities for kids are also impressive. They have full schedule from 09.00 AM and in the middle of swimming, they played kids movies on a big screen right next to the pool. That is surprisingly pleasant for the kids (and me, lol). I'm writing this to everyone to ensure you (whoever reads this) that this hotel has successfully provide a completely satisfactory experience for me and my family. 10 night stay, May 2026 New, modern hotel, nicely furnished with 3 quality restaurants. Service from all staff I encountered during my stay was friendly and very hospitable and made my stay very pleasant. Buffet breakfast was very very good with many choices on offer for Westerners and Asian guests. Convenient location, there is a Starbucks two minutes walk away as well as several convenience shops. A few minor concerns; *I requested a non-adjoining room when booking, at check-in I was informed that there would be an extra charge for this, but I declined. I think an extra charge is unreasonable *There was no work desk or chair in my room. For an upscale hotel like this one, it is not acceptable. I complained to the front-desk staff about this and they brought a table and chair to my room, which was a great help to me as I work online when away from home *Laundry service is available, I used the service twice but it is VERY expensive! *The toilet bowl was in an ackward position and too close to the wall, and the toilet-roll holder on the wall was too close to the bowl! Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would stay again if I return to Jakarta.
