Santika Premiere Dyandra Hotel & Convention - Medan

We would like to thank u Mr Rio from Housekeeping for the excellent service, throughout our stay, the room was cleaned and tidied exactly to our expectations... Although there was a bit of a wait for check-in, once we got our room, we were thoroughly impressed by the staff on the 12th floor, whenever we walked down the corridor, they always greeted us warmly😇 ^^ Thank you, Hotel Santika we might just stay here again in the future...

Was greeted warmly by Mr Rizal and Eliza at the check in counter. Check in was fast and smooth. What i like about Mr Rizal was his food recomendation is good. Breakfast was also good with a lot of food to choose from. But on the first day i think they had an event. The breakfast area was super full and like ‘Hunger Games’. The second day was more relax and proper. Room was so so but staff were friendly and accomodating

Breakfast: Fantastic and flavorful savory buffet; beef/chicken-based stews very rarely fail (loved the chicken breast in opor ayam, it was juicy and tender but it was tad dry in another day. But taste wise, it was 🫶). They have tofu/tempe stir fry for plant protein, though I didn't confirm if it was vegan/vegetarian. Pastry was butter-based and decent. Fruit selection can be improved but is still good. Fitness center: Gym was not bad (2-10 kg DB weight selection, bench, a chest/back machine, pull-up bar, mats). Didn't try the ellipticals/treadmills, can't say much. Opens at 6 AM - 10 PM.

Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel! First of all, the pillow was amazing — nice, huge, and very comfortable. I had a great night’s sleep throughout my stay. A special shoutout to the concierge staff, Mr. Dedi (hopefully I’m spelling his name correctly). He was extremely polite, well-mannered, and helpful. The hotel allows GrabFood deliveries to be sent directly to your room, and Mr. Dedi kindly helped receive my food, keep it safely, and arrange delivery to my room. His service was excellent and greatly appreciated. I’d also like to recognize the lovely lady at the omelette station during breakfast. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she did a fantastic job every morning. Despite the station being very crowded, she was incredibly organized and systematic, making sure everyone’s orders were prepared correctly and served hot. It was impressive to see how efficiently she handled the breakfast rush while remaining friendly. Overall, a wonderful experience with great service from the team. Thank you!
