From the very moment we entered, we knew this place was truly exceptional. Every detail has been carefully considered, and every aspect of the stay is refined to perfection. Both visually and functionally, the hotel feels like a true temple of art. Our evening with live music and beautiful piano accompaniment was absolutely wonderful. The cocktails were perfectly prepared, the service was exceptionally warm, professional and attentive, and our suite looked as though it had come straight out of a fairytale. We also had such a lovely breakfast, accompanied by outstanding service. A very special thank you to Danielle, who was incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive to every little detail. She took wonderful care of us and made our morning even more enjoyable. The entire experience was unforgettable, and we are truly grateful to the whole team for making our stay so special.

Wow, raffles Jakarta really delivers. The rooms are well present and large. The food is amazing, I loved the lounge access with afternoon tea and canapés at night. The breakfast menu was one of the best that I have seen. I arrived two days after my birthday and even got a birthday cake with balloons. The steam room and pool were terrific. I really enjoyed my stay.

The culinary experiences were a major highlight—the food at both Arts Cafe and The Writers Bar was exceptional. During breakfast, Johandy and Francesco provided incredibly personalized and attentive service that truly elevated our morning. On the other hand, our time at The Writers Bar was lively, warm, and so much fun, thanks to Amanda, Theresa, and Moko. They were simply the best! They ensured we had fantastic drinks, great conversation, and even shared some excellent local recommendations for places to go. Everyone we encountered made this birthday so memorable. We cannot wait to return!
