Radisson Golf & Convention Center Batam

We had a good time here all the staff were great.. especially staff Ms Liskha Susandra Pabendan.. she helped us with our room reservations and questions and request.. she went above and beyond.. explaining and updating me through msg.. was really greatful for her help.. also the house keeping staff Mr Taufik Siahaan.. he made our room and left little notes of gesture.. was really sweet and nice to come back to a clean room with notes.. made our family day..Radisson is still the best hotel we been to in batam since before covid till now stil the one of the best.. highly recommended stay when you in batam! Thank you.

Had a bit of issue before checking in, however the hotel management was more than accommodating to solve the issue and we managed to check in without hassle, really appreciate it! The stay with Radisson was the best experience we had for our wedding anniversary, Finy, the guest service rep, arranged decoration and cakes which surprised us both! The extra miles by them was really amazing!! It was located at a very peaceful area, both of us really felt relaxed, and it was convenient for to travel out the hotel, never waited more than 5 mins for e-hailing The interior of room, public area and function area was amazing, classy with the touch of authentic Indonesian element!! We will definitely be back again!! Highly recommended!!

Great location, excellent views, and very good breakfast, but room comfort needs attention. This is a delayed review. I stayed at Radisson Golf & Convention Center Batam on 2 May 2026, in the Studio Suite - Golf View on the 15th floor, so the hotel may have already addressed some of these issues since then. The location was good, with Ksquare Mall and other amenities nearby. The overall atmosphere was relaxed and quiet, and the view overlooking the golf course and Panbil Nature Reserve was fantastic. The golf course looked wide and open, which added to the calm and spacious feel of the property. Breakfast was one of the highlights of the stay. It was not the largest spread, but the variety and combination were excellent. I especially liked the self-service freshly squeezed orange juice station, where guests could press the oranges themselves. There were also various kinds of jamu, a dedicated protein section, good pastries, and enjoyable live stations. I also appreciated that takeaway cups for coffee were readily available, which was a small but thoughtful touch. However, a few issues affected the comfort of the stay. During my stay, the air-conditioning was a problem. There was a wall-mounted control panel where I could set the temperature, but no matter what temperature I selected, the aircon kept blasting cold air at around 21°C. In practice, the control panel only seemed useful for turning the aircon on or off. The temperature and fan level did not appear to respond properly. The shower was the biggest issue. The water temperature was extremely inconsistent. It was either very hot or very cold, and when trying to set it somewhere in between, the temperature kept cycling from cold to very hot every few seconds. This made showering very unpleasant. The hotel also left a birthday cake in the room, which was a nice gesture and appreciated. However, the cake was left uncovered on the table. Personally, we were not comfortable eating food left exposed in a hotel room. Covering the cake would have made the gesture feel more thoughtful and hygienic. Overall, the hotel has a good location, a chill atmosphere, excellent views, and a very good breakfast experience. However, the room maintenance issues during my stay, particularly the air-conditioning and shower, affected the overall comfort.

Had a wonderful stay at Radisson. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were warm and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a good variety of food options to suit both adults and children. Room service was also prompt and reliable. A special thank you to Ms. Tari for her kindness and helpfulness towards my wife and kids during breakfast. She went the extra mile to make our breakfast comfortable and enjoyable. Her excellent customer service is truly appreciated.
