I had a wonderful 3 days stay at Pantai Indah. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the bathroom was so large that it was almost ridiculous. The private pool was a reasonable size and you can really swim in it, unlike other hotels with private pools. The resort was so nice that I spent most of my time there and had room service or ate at the hotel cafe most of the time. The food was great too! The hidden gem was actually the beach. I spent a couple of hours walking at low tide exploring and hunting for small sea creatures like crabs, shellfish and the elusive octopus (which I managed to capture!). All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will return to this resort if I ever return to Bintan.
Love the place, its such an underrated gem. Villa and rooms were clean, pool was not cold at night when we went to swim and the staff were all so accomodating and friendly! Price was also affordable compared to some of the hotels in the area. Breakfast was okay too! Would come back here again just because its an underrated gem. Location was great too, not too far from Lagoi Bay.
Pantai Indah has already set my expectations high the moment we reached the resort. Location is 15mins+ from the jetty and amazingly there is a complimentary drive from ferry terminal to hotel. We were greeted with drinks and the check-in process was so smooth. The rooms are huge, clean, cozy and the pool is clean. Not only that, they all are extremely friendly, accommodating and answers my quieries on the dot. The food is also good and the villa premises is clean and comfy. I truly miss our stay in Pantai Indah and I hope to come back to the lovely people who made our stay so memorable 🩷🩷 Truly a villa of great value and stay.
As a returning customer, I’m happy to say that Pantai Indah continues to exceed my expectations. We had such a great experience during our previous stay that we decided to come back, and it was definitely the right choice.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful beach made it the perfect place to relax and unwind.
What impressed me most was the consistency in their service and hospitality. It’s not easy to maintain such high standards, but Pantai Indah has done it well. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!
We had a really pleasant 2 days stay at Pantai Indah Lagoi Villa ☺️
From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by our housekeeper, Tamrin, who patiently explained the room facilities and made us feel comfortable throughout the stay. He was always friendly, greeting and chatting with us whenever we met, almost like an older brother taking care of us while we were in another country 😊
Trisnam was also very helpful and welcoming. When we rented the bike, he patiently explained the map and recommended nearby areas for us to explore, which made getting around much easier and more convenient.
We also really appreciated how convenient everything was. The villa provides tour and transport services, along with buggy, bike and car rental services. Our tour driver, Donney, was friendly, punctual and made the journey comfortable for us too 😊
What made the stay even smoother was the fast WhatsApp communication whenever we needed assistance. The staff here are truly attentive, efficient and observant towards guests’ needs.
The only small issue we experienced was that the air conditioning was not very cold initially. However, after we gave feedback, the staff came over twice to clean and service it, and it improved after the second servicing. We appreciated their prompt response and effort.
Overall, we had a lovely and memorable stay here. Thank you to the team for the warm hospitality ☺️
