I stayed in this hotel Many times, and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is excellent, and the service was outstanding. A special thank you to Ms. Uci and Ms. Sesha from Room Service for their kindness, professionalism, and exceptional service. The reception staff were equally amazing—always helpful and willing to do their best to accommodate every request. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

Can not recommend at all, is one of the worst Ascott properties I ever been to I arrived at 3:30 pm (official check in at 3 pm) got my room after some wait at around 4 pm - first room was dirty! Bed linens all dirty, room itself in very bad conditions. So I complained and got a different room, same issue the bed linens very dirty, but overall better conditions then the first room. The whole room change plus getting clean bed linens took around 2 hours, so with wait and fixing I could settle down like 2.5 hours after arrival. The floor was dirty (bed room), I also saw multiple insects during my 2 night stay. I felt very uncomfortable all the time and was even thinking to leave, I just stayed cause it was only a 2 night stay. I asked the night before I leave for a late checkout, I am a gold member in Ascott, and was told I have to pay for everything above 1 pm. So there was availability but someone tried to make extra money out of me, even 2-3 pm late checkout is standard for gold members (even 4 pm I received before without pay). It seems to be okay, to let your guest wait for 2.5 hours to settle down on his room, but staying for 1 hour longer (how my membership offers me) is only available for money.

We had a seminar & workshop on Remote Confidence Club a few days ago. It was a lovely experience. The service, the location, the hospitality, even the security, were all really helpful and pleasant. The customer relations manager's welcoming speech was so refreshing and inspiring. She shared all of the information about services and rooms available in Oakwood.
