I found this hotel to be quite pleasing to stay at. My favorite part of the experience, of course, was the breakfast buffet which was very tasty and offered a diverse array of Indonesian and other foods. I also appreciated the overall atmosphere of the building; it felt positive and uplifting. I deem this to be related to the grandeur of the entrance, the beautiful views of the main lobby (and my room), and the unenclosed “outdoor” hallways. And I should not end this review without commending the staff. In what I have come to understand as trademark Indonesian fashion, all the people here were very kind and welcoming to me. I encountered many smiling faces, including those of Haji Agus, Ramadan, Arum, Maya, and Sasa, to name a few. For those whose names I have forgotten, please forgive me but know that you are appreciated nonetheless. Thank you for a great stay; perhaps one day I shall return!

Stayed 1 night on our last leg of trip before going back to Jakarta. Thought We stay in Novotel hoping its going to be a good stay and we were wrong ! We booked 2 rooms ( 1014 ) - Both room got no HOT WATER - LOBBY WAS HOT AND STUFFY - ROOM CORRIDOR was dirty and HOT - ROOM CONDITION IS BAD ,look at the curtain condition - Location is in the middle of nowhere In this trip we stay in radisson , Lampung marriott and novotel. Although pricewise marriott and novotel is not comparable, our stay in Radisson which were cheaper offered better quality stay.

An underrated 4 star hotel with 5 star hotel ambience, but with a little improvement needed on the staff's hospitality. Overall it was a wonderful family staycation. Definitely coming back for another visit.
