Novotel Jakarta Cikini Hotel

I stayed for one night at Novotel Jakarta Cikini and had an unforgettable experience. ​From the moment I arrived, Taufik gave me such a warm, professional, and friendly welcome that immediately put me in a great mood. Thanks to his attentive service, I was also granted a late check-out, making my stay incredibly relaxing. ​As an ALL Platinum member, I usually expect lounge/happy hour benefits at 5-star properties, but Novotel Cikini went above and beyond! Being able to choose 2 drinks and 2 food items was a pleasant surprise. I ordered the popular mini beef sliders (3 pieces with beef patty and vegetables), and they were delicious and hearty enough to replace dinner. The fresh fruit juice was also wonderfully refreshing and not overly sweet. ​While the gym equipment was a bit limited, the swimming pool was decent and nice to relax by. ​Overall, the hospitality provided by Taufik and the entire team truly felt like a luxury 5-star service. A huge thank you to all the staff for their genuine kindness. I will definitely choose Novotel Cikini again on my next trip to Jakarta!

A very comfortable stay in a pretty convenient location of Jakarta. Bellboys were very polite and helpful. The bed and lounger in the room was very comfortable 🥹 housekeeping goes out of the way even though the hotel has an eco initiative - you do have to request for your amenities. Breakfast food was decent. The friendly staff here makes a difference to the stay. Would definitely recommend!

I had a very pleasant experience holding my event at Novotel Cikini. The service was excellent, and all the staff were friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout the event. The food was also delicious and satisfying, which made the guests feel comfortable and well taken care of. A special thank you to Ms. Desta, the Senior Sales Manager, for her great support in accommodating all the needs of my event. Her communication was clear, prompt, and very helpful from the preparation stage until the event was completed. I truly appreciate the excellent service and hope Novotel Cikini continues to maintain this outstanding quality.

We had a fantastic stay at Novotel Cikini and would like to give special recognition to Pak Abdul from the Guest Relations team. He went above and beyond to make our stay memorable by upgrading our room, providing us with an amazing city view, and beautifully decorating the room for our birthday celebration. His response was always very fast, and he was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel itself was excellent. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, the late check-out was greatly appreciated, and all staff members were friendly and welcoming. My only concern was regarding the beverage billing. We ordered a virgin mocktail based on the room service recomendation (non-alcoholic), but it was charged under the alcoholic beverage category on the bill & having the same price like the alcoholic one that listed in the menu. It would be great if this could be reviewed to avoid confusion for future guests. Other than that, everything was fantastic, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Thank you to Pak Abdul and the entire Novotel Cikini team for the wonderful hospitality. We look forward to coming back again!
