Close to Blok M but this hotel is really not worth 4 stars on booking websites. We were very surprised to see the hotel after booking it. There are cheaper hotels for better prices. This is just an average hotel in Jakarta. The 'gym' is a joke. A few things in a very small room.
There were big rats outside the hotel. Not very clean surroundings. The rooms are small but clean. The staff is nice and helpful. The laundry service is great. Very quick cleaning.
They should be more realistic about the expectations. The 4 star hotel claim is misleading. We paid a lot for nothing.
We absolutely loved our stay here! It is an unexpectedly tranquil and quiet oasis in the middle of the bustling Blok M area.
The rooms are clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, reminiscent of a hotel in Bali. They even provide soaps and shampoos from a local Balinese brand that smell amazing.
The hospitality and service were excellent—the staff is incredibly friendly and provided quick responses to all of our concerns and requests. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights with our baby, and it was a wonderful experience for a staycation. Highly recommended; we will definitely be back for our next trip to Jakarta!
I just completed stay at the Nagomi suite and it was absolutely outstanding.
From the moment I arrived, the front desk and security staff made me feel genuinely welcome Ms. Wulan checked me in..She even surprised me with fresh cookies.. and she give me amazing room at 203 because i request for nice view..Thank you so much Ms. Wulan and housekeeping team.. The room super clean and comfy room..Staff were very professional and helpful. Anyways we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again for next month?!!
Nagomi Suites & Hotel is a great choice if you want a clean, spacious, and “home-like” stay in South Jakarta, especially around Blok M.
The suites are perfect for both short and long stays, with practical amenities like a kitchenette, bathtub, and balcony.
If you’re sensitive to noise, request a quiet room away from others. Breakfast could use improvement, but overall, it’s a comfortable and well-located boutique hotel that offers good value for the price.
A hotel apartment, good for long stays. It has small kitchen, normal fridge and 2 seats dining table. But the kitchenware rather cheap; only plastic stuff from IKEA and the maintenance isn't good. The non-stick pan gets sticky. Bathroom is big with separate shower and bathtub, but the shower arrangement is quite weird. The shower head is across the controller! The so-called garden is just a small green area with hanging plants and bamboo. The location is good though. Walkable to Blok M Plaza and MRT station but it's not in the busy street food area. It's a bit pricey for Indonesian standard but it's still cheaper compared to Malaysia or Singapore.
