A very spacious hotel with a wide range of facilities and activities. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. A delightful place.

As the lead organizer of my company's outing for 21 people, I was connected with Mas Vito, whose service was truly top-notch. He even visited our office in Bekasi to provide a comprehensive presentation about Mutiara Carita Cottages and was very accommodating to our team's needs and preferences. Choosing Mutiara Carita Cottages turned out to be the perfect decision. It's officially a 4-star property, but the hospitality and overall experience felt like a 5-star stay. Everything was well organized, and the entire itinerary ran smoothly. I would definitely come back. My only suggestion is to offer a brief property tour and a quick orientation at the beginning, so guests can easily familiarize themselves with the facilities and schedule. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this 4 star hotel for 3 days and 2 nights, and overall we had a pleasant experience with our family. The hotel has a beautiful swimming pool that became our favorite spot at the end of the trip. We also enjoyed the gardening activities, harvesting vegetables and fruits, and fishing at the lake. The playground and little zoo were very nice for kids as well. The food was good, the room was clean, and the bed size was big and comfortable. The receptionists were kind, and all the staff, including the gardeners, were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, there are still some things that could be improved. Unfortunately, we couldn’t really play at the beach because there was no sandy area for children to enjoy. The water heater at night was not hot enough and only produced cool water. There were also too many small fish in the pond, so we kept catching tiny fish while fishing. For a 4 star hotel, it would also be nicer to have complimentary welcome drinks upon arrival. It was a bit disappointing that there were no snacks provided in the room for kids either. Despite those minor issues, we still enjoyed our stay and especially loved spending time at the swimming pool. We would definitely love to come back again, especially if the hotel offers us a good deal or special discount in the future.

UPD2: Lie and lie I have just added the photo with the TREE growing in the pool. Which hotel management killed just to put there “instagrammabble” statue. Money talks….. shame. Also, lie that we didn’t give you to enter the room to fix the cold water problem! Your staff entered the room when we were on the bed with my kid! However, problem WASNT solved and until 23:50 I did not have a chance to take shower!! UPD: I’ve just read dozens of bad reviews. And you know guys the manager is terrible. Probably has no education in hospitality at all. Making silly excuses instead of apologizing. Funny people. This hotel owns a wonderful plot of land. And that’s all good we can say about this place. The nature is amazing here. However, the hotel and service are the worst. Starting from the beginning we asked before booking if there will any crowds and noisy events. For the both questions the staff confirmed that its will be quite. It was lie. They accept guest gen outside. Hundred people are gathering here with terrible loud music. We couldn’t eat we couldn’t use pool. If you rent the room (not cottage) prepare not to sleep. You will hear ALL: people from another rooms, cars and bikes sound, even people who just walk around))) this architecture is something else We did not sleep HALF night because of 5 people was yelling in the neighboring room. :(( All the rooms are super old. Showers half broken Door handles are broken Towels are grey color Water in the shower will be cold. As they accepts 5 guest in room so all hot water from heater finishes very fast. The food in restaurant is just too bad. The cleanliness here needs a special chapter))) When we checked in the floor was dirty We found ketchup in our sink Shower was full of hairs of other guests!! You think they forgot to clean? No… they did. But there was the result! When we asked to CLEAN there was a man who came with floor (!) mop… he pretended to wash the floor… then with the SAME FLOOR MOP he started cleaning our SINK!!! I have never seen this in my life 😂😡 We were shocked. No matter what we asks - the staff was deaf to us. They finally cleaned after 4h!!! They fixed the pool area to attract people from outside (maybe). They killed beautiful tree growing here before - to build an ugly Shell statue :(( However, don’t care about people’s comfort in the rooms. When next day I reasonably asked why did they lie about the noise and events - the reply was “hehehehehe” and they recommended us to stay another place. Rude and unprofessional people. I have all proof in my phone. I’m sure the management won’t even read this. Too busy…. To be fair I say again: the nature is beautiful here. But this people “use” it not wisely.
